GTE have 391m share in issue currently $3.25/share, our Mkt cap £140m, they could in theory issue 45m shares and buy us out, they get $70m cash, $20m OBA say at NBV + 30% of CPO BLOCK and 4kbopd 20m reserves FREE. Why not?? Amer has taken 5-6 years building up key relationships, we are ahead in ECU and can sort the 9kbopd restriction and other bid blocks, we are mid term in CPO5 and at the start of 18 drills & in acquisition mid stream discussions , with an RH -ve legacy IMO DYOR it would be messy to take us out mid flow, plus Minchinko act as a blocker, our business model is still half baked but when the complete deal would be easier to fund through a share for share basis, when GTE SP +30% and could afford a part cash exit for the II's. I still think there is more on the bid blocks and deals to fall out over the next 3-6 months.
