It was me I would RNS every step to try and make an impact at every step of the way. There are companies out there that rns every collaboration that they work on with no revenue coming from these even when it is just for research. Something along lines of
“The European Commission has accepted the need for safety features such as DMS to be mandatory fOr ALL vehicles from 2022. Alongside the need of all vehicles requiring DMs for 5* in accordance to the euro NCAP seeing machines are in the centre core of these legislations. We will update further with more news with regards to these legislations as we hear further”
Something like this will get the market excited hopefully. Even if it doesn’t get the market excited it may get more investors on board as in May 2018 this type of rns alongside an rfq win took us to 14p quite sharpish.
I am personally hoping for an RNS Monday morning stating the DMS has been approved by the commission on Friday this is once again another open goal let’s hope SEE don’t miss this opportunity. As last time they released news on the ncap/commission last year the sp reacted quite well.
If we boil it all down ladies and gents... safestocks is RIGHT once again. He said 8th November from his contacts and lo and behold 8th November is when the press release happens from the EU commission I take my SEE cap off to you Sir.
According to safestocks this is what is happening: 1 of 3 is happening as of today apparently.

The Council of the EU decides to adopt by accepting the European Parliament’s (EP) amendments to the Commission Proposal (8th November)
Then the act is signed by the President of the EP and the General Secretary of the Council in the week beginning 25th November.
Within a month it gets published in the Official Journal of the EU. The act in this case provides that it enters into force (obtains legal existence) 20 days after publication in the OJ.”
Hopefully some newsflow will happen with regards to step 1 soon.
Question that has been in my mind since the CMD is what nick said “from being in the industry for nearly 25 years + I know the automotive manufacturers do not like someone getting more than 30-40% market share.” Now my question is how can you stop someone say Toyota Volvo VAG for example that no you can’t have SEE even though you want them as they are the best because they will get more market share. So one of you need to go for SE even though they will not do what SEE can do.

Schlem they didn’t say much on the euro ncap but I spoke to the chairman that was at the back of the room in the audience she said it’s highly unlikely they will exclude the importance of DMS but it depends on how much importance they put on it and how quick they release the news. Nick difiore said that they were supposed to release the news in June and then October and now we are still waiting he said it will come but we just don’t know when. Nick quoted that he is not worried about the Euro ncap (assuming he knows what is going to be put in there) he was more worried that it would deter the OEMs wanting the DMs implemented but “ it has had the opposite effect where they want to be proactive and get ahead of the requirements”

To what lewbo said. Baxter Your here still moaning ffs (full flight simulator ;)) its about 4.41. If you have 2.4million shares I think there is something that you call annual leave. It’s paid. You can take it off in advance. Im pretty sure you would’ve been bothered to listen/question the board of all your concerns. I’m pretty sure they would answer your questions. These are the signs it’s so obvious so I’m disappointed that you did not pick it up and have to ask such a silly question.
1) over 200m worth of contracts
2) Euro NCAP Saying you need to have DMS to get 5*
3) Euro commission mandating DMS
4) aviation, rail, auto & fleet require our DMS,
5) leader in DMS field
6) autonomous vehicles decades away hence needing L2 L2+ and L3
And many more.

If the company themselves don’t see this moving to above 15p till 2024 and given him 5 years to move the sp 11p then we may all just turn off and return in a few years time. I think they have given such low targets so that he can smash it soon. I can’t imagine if there is so much news aviation etc no more begging bowl needed then the share price not to re rate, the CMD will be fun. Looks like a 5 year wait for much gains to happen.
Klick that’s what I am banking on. That the aviation event is the reason why the client has said your not “allowed to say what in the RNS” I’m hoping for 2 RNSs before next Wednesday. So I’m glad the Sp has stayed at this level as mentioned before in my previous posts. If there’s no RNS before the CMD I can’t imagine what the point of the day will be. Even Brexit is going to be delayed so there’s no point discussing that either ??

Let’s hope for more than one RNS next week as have 6 more trading days before the CMD I still believe the RNS if it is to drop it will happen after the 29th October.
I don’t understand is why RNS this win and not give any RNSs for the all the other fleet customers that our great researchers find on this board. Obv the MM didn’t care about the RNS today hence no price movement, but as others say the bigger picture is what’s important. Let’s hope the next week brings a few more RNSs so that can be discussed at the CMD rather than talking about bison and Alaskan airways :(
Isb, I can assure you also that you and Baxter are not the only ones “stuck” in this share as I also bought a tranch at 12p and I don’t mind ppl being frustrated. My point at Baxter is that he does no/little research comes on here and moans and then when he says he’s going to sell he tops up. A bit contradictory. Sorry if you don’t like the fact that we pull him up on it, but at the end of the day yes we’re all stuck here but if you don’t believe that it will get there then you would’ve sold out at a loss and tried to make money elsewhere. Yes it’s frustrating for all here, but I don’t agree with him coming here talking rubbish about how he and I quote “will sell out at 4.40p” but then says he don’t think there will be any news for the next 44 trading days or whatever rubbish he spouts. You guys carry on being negative and listening to his rubbish but I’m with redindi and see et al who have done a serious amount of research to believe at some point it will come through. Yes some of you guys invested 6-7 years ago but it was before the auto market is going to try and go autonomous where they now need DMS and we are in the sweet spot of it all. So yes it was potentially too early an investment. So why get frustrated and negative when things could be coming together after all these years.
