Am I right in thinking cash on the balance sheet is less than 300k? Will WSG follow previous pattern of having to raise some cash? Previous placements have seen retracement to 10p which is price they have issued shares in the past.

Perhaps the debasement of paper currency with the Fed signallying a decrease in interest rates id the main reason why gold is going up along with the Dow and other shares. Central Banks need inflation to reduce debt so real assets will increase.

As for whether this mine gets the go ahead I would have thought the new government in the country will see to it. The large gold deposit close by held by Canadian co also seems a but week so investors clearly nervous here.

This purchase is tiny in relation to his over 6,500,000 holding. I would have thought its perfectly legal for him to buy shares now. Perhaps he is signalling the cheapness of the shares? If previous forecasts are met the shares should rocket. 77p very close to major support where shares has previously bounced from.

long term low growth expectations may have something to do with it. However, it will bottom at some point. This morning profit warning is actually re assuring given that most of the profit figure is through. Low expectations for photo booth business probably reason for muted reaction to slight profit reduction.

I have sold out here. Even if there is organic growth its not much for a share on usch a high multiple. IC have a buy on it but I think their analysis is rather superficial in this case. Growth is mostly from take overs. The director sales are rather telling I think. Huge....over past 12 months.

I wonder if negative posts about the value on this and other chat sites have helped drive down the price? The shares have taken a lot of punches of late. Easy to choose a number and say that is where the price is headed. Most of these predictions are lacking much analysis. The way I see it is that the market opportunity here is huge. The company have stated it is headed towards profitability. It has enough cash to see it through. Revenue growth will lead to proft in Bango's case. Analysis of past figures show dramatic revenue growth and dramatic decline in losses. Technically, the shares are resting on a support line which has often proved to be a good place to pick up discounted shares.

I bought some in an ISA. I was given a warning due to MIFID 2 which applies to anything deemed a collective investment.

Don't think that's the problem. The fund raise could be seen as a positive in light of today's share price. The controlling shareholder position is well known. The question is whether the full year will see the company move strongly into profit as is suggested by the seasonality explanation accompanying today's large reported loss. Surely this is different to GLOBO - which reported profits but had little cash.

Have today's results changed the long term story? Tempting to top up.

Seems perhaps the Directors' deal has been misunderstood? I think its a mild positive as probably incurs CGT on sale but he must be expecting further gains to shelter the holding in an ISA. Definitely top up time OMHO.

I must admit I have lost patience here and have sold out. I was holding partly as a cheap way into GCM. But Polo is dumping GCM now. Have held on to a small amount of GCM just in case it ever comes right. I am reconciled to the value being wiped out though. (Polo Management have lauded their holding in GCM previously - no warning of these sales. Perhaps POLO needs the cash??)

The answer to my question is that Rio is not selling kestrel - I think its the only coal asset they are keeping. The jwell in the crown?
