Would BMN want to come off UK markets following a successful JSE listing for any reason. Unlikely but just mentally musing possibilities? The South African Story and possible links or understandings with SA government are a very minor concern of mine ( with no evidence) as there may be a desire to bring everything in house as it were some day. Fair play in my view as long as UK investors are not screwed but assume some kind of vote would be needed anyway. However just musing on possibles and not suggesting anything, RKs post triggered my thought on this, that’s all.

The world will need lots of v once batteries take off. I am very interested in electrolyte pricing vs nitrovan etc. We have seen how other v sources can be turned on in China when the price is right, there is an argument that this is a good thing for us as if/when batteries demand outsources current initial supplies stone coal etc can take up the slack assuming pricing is favourable. If this happens then pricing will be high again anyway and this ensures there is availability in the short term to prevent vrfb adoption being scuppered due to lack of supply ( I am aiming high and assuming huge world scale adoption here :). Of course FM’s plan should cover a lot of this anyway, come in Mokopane...

You could not sell 1 m yesterday, do you think mms will allow a couple of billion to be sold the day of distribution.. unlikely in my view. Hoping for Togo news before, without it then KRS will collapse on district but I cannot see mms taking many sells if there is no real chance of value to sell on to new buyers , why would they...? I just see illiquidity as end result but the question is at what price point?

Was getting a bit worried to be honest especially after the emails to pis about sentiment. However great news, should see a rise and I suspect Calidus will as well as this is a millstone around their neck in some eyes. Will be interesting to watch how the market views this.

However the last mm comment in the thread makes sense in that China can turn on higher cost V production when prices jump, which inevitably cools the price again. We certainly do not seem to be in deficit (yet) but the price is still good for us. VRFB uptake will of course have an effect longer term.
I still wonder about Glencore/largo and if the market has been “tweaked” somehow due to the upcoming divorce, did Lego have a large stockpile to dump on the market???

With this they are accelerating the exit it would seem. I looked at the 22p buys yesterday around 9-9:30 and they added up to the 1 Million sell just after. I believe no one could buy much then, did not bother working out the 2 million probable buys at 21.5 later in the day, all very clear. Bent fixed rigged Aim as usual but if they are getting out then great as it is time it is over and we can move on
