I am very relaxed.
Manganese seems to be increasingly heading into batteries, which are the future in a big way. Tesla has typically used NCA (Nickel Cobalt Aluminium) Lithium batteries but have recently patented new NMC chemistries (Nickel MANGANESE Cobalt).
Higher densities are allowed with improved charge discharge cycles. I reckon they may buy a bit of the old MN in the future, along with the rest of the car market which is only just starting to produce electric cars, and this market will explode in the next few years.

Of course prices may still stay low but then they will go up again, even if prices dip now we have the licence to begin work as soon as market conditions are favourable. Off take partner has been mentioned a lot, I expect to hear something about that and we may have a long term deal so no worries.

Even if Nayega gets parked, which I doubt, the beauty of this deal is we get CAI which may well take a big leap once the KRS drag is released...

There does not seem to be an abundance of sells vs buys in fact I would say the other way around so why has the ask dipped despite more buying at the end?

I don’t see a couple of hundred quid in fees as arduous for a lot of free shares likely increase massively to be honest. Now we have Togo any long term hold is totally de-risked.
Small trades won’t work here agreed but I suspect most longer holders have pretty big chunks simple due to the SP.
I am sorry you sold out Dunkelmann, these things take time and I recall you had a very big holding, will you get back in?

I still think there has been a timing masterclass here. Some while back I said I expected Togo news before CAI demerger as the SP would tank if thee was not. I suspect the licence has been ready for some time, probably since the bulk sample approval but things have been on ice until CAI could be resolved. RL has been very bullish if you look at communications this year.
Here is to the future, I think there is a plan and they know exactly what will happen as it is already agreed.

I used to be in this but got out after Hav spike as I got caught in the EG debacle and was just glad to get my money back, then got back in just before the placing soon after doh, left again at the wrong time so I am no longer trying trade anything :)

RE Newcrest and Hav, I recall they can take 70% if they spend something like $65m, but was that $65 in drilling and proving up or a $65 payment to Greatland. I was never sure?
Cannot believe the SP is still where it is...
thinking about dipping my toe in again but clearly the share is still a roller coaster, I still remember that January morning when Newmont walked... shudder. future looks bright now however

An interesting variable will be what our friendly market makers will choose to do re demerger. We all know they like to make money and this seems a gold plated opportunity for them to collect cheap KRS shares before demerger by controlling any price rise, then receiving CAI shares following demerger (assuming they can receive them?) then spiking KRS and selling their pre demerger holding into it. If they can take CAI stock then win win for them...
or am I overly cynical?
