I had this from my broker the other day - charges hopefully negated but CAI growth, I note the advise record date. I wonder if there is some vagueness about record date to try to stop people trying to time things? I guess we could see a big sell off three days prior if peeps were so inclined?

Subject to approval, the company has announced a demerger. Under the terms, Keras Resources Plc shareholders on the register as at 26 November 2019 will receive 1 new Calidus Resources share for every 3.44229 existing shares held.

Once the new Calidus Resouces shares have been issued your account will be updated accordingly. Please note that the shares will be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, thus it may take up to around 8 weeks for us to receive custody. Once they have been issued to your account the holding will be subject to the following overseas rates and charges:

Trading Commission (minimum of £75 per trade):
First £10,000 of consideration: 1.25%
Next £90,000 of consideration: 0.375%
Balance of consideration over £100,000: 0.275%

Annual Custody Charge: £30 per line of stock
Movement Charge (applied to all movements, including purchases and sales): £50

If the FCA cannot piece together the actions of parties involved during situations like this, when complaints have be raised and they are supposedly investigating, then everything people say about Aim is true... which of course it is.

Jim maybe they have rolled the expansion cost into the opex for the presentation purposes, who knows but we will soon see and RL has actually been very bullish for most of this year, hopefully they know a lot more than we do.

Looking at numbers...
Current 37% dmtu @ $3.30 x 100= $330 per tonne x 6500t per month = $2135000 turnover per month before costs from the get go? Did I see costs as $1.8 per dmtu recently ? If so then $975000 per month profit= 0.46c per share = 0.36 per share @ current $1.28£.
If we spend $1m to double capacity then even better!
The question of value is how much value will the market attribute beyond this?

Could payment in shares not simply be a big thank you to YD? We all expect big SP growth so BMN get a benefit of saving cash piles and YD get paid via shares which should be much higher value in 12 months- win win?!
