This is what I want to know, if we get a record date for qualification for CAI shares, what is stopping a huge sell off of KRS shares? For this reason I really hope RL has a plan to give something on Togo that is worthwhile otherwise KRS value will practically cease to exist and it will be a race for the door (good timing and luck could allows some to make a tasty sum selling KRS and acquiring CAI, then buying KRS on the slump if they so wish)... which leads me to think there will not be any advised record date just an announcement that distribution has taken place or will do on xx date. Even then I am very wary of a sell off asap. We need Togo news before distribution, todays RNS was positive however and the words "highly transformational" were used to describe the remainder of the year... on AIM.. well I never :)
