Thoth- I am assuming you are referring to the near 9 mill shares classed today as unknown. If so can you shed any light on the reason for the sell and why they have actioned this shortly after a very encouraging poster on Tyk Cancer at the recent high profile Coneference event?

Just wondering how all this would work in practice.
The CRT Pioneer CHK1 licence agreement with Sierra is for worldwide rights to develop and commercialise SRA 737. Correct me if I am wrong , but I would be surprised if the Agreement allowed Sierra to independently undertake a sell on of the asset to Gilliad let alone on favourable terms. If Sierra fail to continue development and commercialisation of the drug surely the licence is given back to the CRT Pioneer Fund for them to find and negotiate a deal with a new licencee?
Seem to recall that someone on this Board found the actual licence details. If so it would be worth taking another look at.

Not so sure so let’s wait and see. Interesting that Gilliad has accepted preference shares in exchange for a 5 mill cash payment that will become due from Sierra. Hedge funds and institutions in at much higher share price.

Sierra has 70 mill dollars cash - surely that is more than enough to fund what is already a Phase three trial? So why raise now when share price is so low? Could it be they are anticipating or already know that there is interest in combo trials for SRA 737 ( especially after next weeks presentation) and that early start of trials will trigger payments to CRT and SAR. Pure speculation ( or desperation) on my part!

The increasing focus on Cancer by Pharmas should increase the chances of Sareum getting a deal for SDC- TYK2 . Big opportunity for Tim to rise to the occasion at the 29th October presentation!

Veliparib is owned by Abbvie

Thanks Krone. Notice that in January this year, Dr Byers was part of team undertaking a phase 1 Dose Escalation study of a Parp Inhibitor called Veliparib relating to Patients with SCLC. Do we know who owns Veliparib.

It will be disappointing if the presentation at SITC just repeats what was
disclosed in March. I wouldn't have thought that a paper would be accepted on that basis. I hope to see further insights and developments revealed at SITC.

On top of the Andrew Allen 108,000 Dollar purchase at 1.65 dollars per share, I notice on HL that the Chief Level Officer, Barbara Klenke purchased 229,000 Sierra shares at price of 0.44 dollars per share in August this year at a cost of just over 100,000 Dollars. If something is brewing let’s hope it is SRA 737 that is attracting there money!

Note that AstraZenica announced yesterday that it’s immunotherapy drugs Imfinzi and Tremelimumab failed to show better overall survival rates in patients with Lung Cancer as compared with treatment by standard chemotherapy.
Still great opportunities out there if you have the right products.

RMM, I would be surprised if Sareum was acting as a dumb passenger. But It would be CRUK that would make the announcement about next steps - and only then could Sareum issue the information. Issuing anything before that would not add any value to what we already know imho.

Whilst I agree with Sentiment on this Board about lack of communication, surely it is for CRUK ‘s contracting arm to lead and announce on what to do next, not Sareum?

8 Million buys and 900k sells after a couple oh hours trading. Yet the price is in negative territory. Lol. I wonder what the price would be if the buys had been sells - we all know. How do they get away with it?

Lots of positives from existing trials and exciting potential for CHK 1 to play a key part in treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer as well!

Some huge buys today and Short Interest has decreased from 546,943 to 43,856 according to a posting on Stock Twits Share Chat. Let’s hope good news is coming!

Seems that the US Hedge Fund - Baker Brothers has recently purchased 2 Million Sierra shares at 1.34 dollars.
