Over 200 Million share had been traded over the last three days. Very large volumes by our standards but still leaves a massive number of shareholders with the bulk of the shares. Who are you given that it is clear that most are held by individual shareholders- or are they?
Basserite - apologies for my earlier post- my Birthday and having a good session. We are both long term holders and the reason why (I guess) is that we both believe in the Science and the evidence behind it. We have four molecules that show great potential in a range of different diseases and we have been languishing at 0.35p for a considerable time. Covid19 is a disaster but also provides a wider window of opportunity for this board to advertise the potential of this Company,s assets beyond Covid19. It is an opportunity to be taken. And if a little ramping is justified I’m all for it. Even at the current price it is considerably undervalued. Cheers!
Baserite - I assume you don’t know this seller so you do not know his investment strategy - so you do not know whether he agrees with the current situation. Is that correct.
How times have changed. 10 years ago, if you had announced that you had developed two drugs that could be taken orally, had demonstrated low toxicity and could treat a wide range of Cancers and Inflammatory diseases the share price would have rocketed from 0.35p to 10p or more. That is the potential here now.GLA
The highly respected Quoted Data analysis of Sareum Pipeline gave a valuation of 1.2 p and that was well before Covid19 came on the scene - so the Share is still well undervalued at current price. But we do need some positive News to kick this on. GLA
Krone - your earlier message about SIERRA went unnoticed given the focus on the SAR SP. With the approval of the company Board, Sierra has amended and re-stated the company’s by Laws to adopt a provision designating the Federal District courts of the US as the exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation arising under the Securities Act 1933 as amended. In a nutshell this is generally seen as a benefit for defenders of litigation as it is not as easy ( as it is in State Courts) to get a more favourable forum for resolution of claims against them. A case of watch this space.
Pharmas around the World will now be desperate to not get left behind by missing out on the massive potential that TYK is showing in the treatment a range of Cancers and Inflammatory diseases. The Race to find effective treatments for Covid 19 will be speeding up the pace of negotiations on Licensing Agreements. A vision in my head is getting clearer- I see lots of happy smiling people drinking Champagne on a train with the sound of much wailing and gnashing of teeth from those left on the platform. GLA to all to those who keep the faith.
Chill out long term holders. We know the Science is very good and that we would not be selling below at least 1 pence let alone O.65 p. This is on the way up and soon. . Sellers will not get many more chances to get on the train,.
Correct me if I am wrong but didn’t the Quoted Data article value Sareum assets at current rate of development as just over 1 pence. But Covid 19 was not on the scene then
Thanks Thoth. Notice the two of the Authors contributing to the paper are I Collins and M D Garrett who both have Scientific Advisory roles on the Sierra Board. The timing of this Paper looks significant as it provides some further assurance that the current extended trial of SRA737 is producing some encouraging results. Krone- Presume you will put this on the Sierra Stocktwits site if you have not already done so.GLO
Nick Glover Sierra tweet - he is putting Momelotinib forward as a treatment for Covid 19. Claims it demonstrates greater inhibitory activity compared to Baricitinib . He is offering to assist anyone interested in further investigating Monelotinib potential.
Krone and Fadec - have you seen the post by Pablo4 on Stocktwits? Looks like we have been underestimating the potential of Momelotinib. Iincytes drug Jakafi which Momelotinib beats in head to head comparison on treatment of Mylofibrosis is taking in revenues of 1.7 Billion annually and this is forecast to rise to 3 Billion with it also being used to treat Polycythemia and acute graft verses host disease. Still makes you wonder why Gilead sold it so cheaply to Sierra albeit Gilead now has a 10 percent in the company.
Apologies if I am going totally Off beam here. Notice that Gilead has a drug called Remdesivir which has been used to combat Ebola,Mers and SARS and apparently is being used in China to treat the current Coronavirus outbreak. It is in the family of Nucleoside Analogues in which group Gemcitabane is included. Don’t understand the science but maybe Gilead want to use SRRA737 in combination to see if it improves the effectiveness of Remdesivir? Any views welcome,
