Whilst we appreciate that the timing of the Grant approval is not in your control, it would be benefitial for us to know that you now have all the mechanisms in place to move very quickly once approval is received..

The Lancet article intimated that the JAk and IL inhibitors warranted rapid investigation. So expect the grant approval very soon.

Think your right BoilB, but let’s hope it is sooner rather than later. We need to get on with it.

Guys, I am having trouble copying an article called

Regulation of Chemokines and Cytokines by Histone Deacetylases and an update on Histone Decetylase inhibitors in human diseases.

There is a good diagram at figure 1 which confirms SRA 737 can have a role in combating Viral infections. Sorry if this has already been published here but if not can someone put the article on here please?

Thanks Jon, my sentiment exactly. Four molecules with great potential covering a range of Cancers, inflammatory conditions and now Covid19- two licensed out, and all this fo a share price under 1p. It is a shame that a lot of investors here ( and across Aim) treat it like a game of cards on a Saturday night and are not interested in the Science and it’s future development. But on the other hand, over these last few weeks many new investors will have seen the potential here and will be prepared to sit tight and be patient. That’s got to be good progress for us. Sareum has been held back by a share price well below its true vale for too long. That could be about to change. But I also feel that the positive and knowledgable contributions on this board have helped to get where we are today. But for this to continue , The Company and it’s advisors must now up their game further in actively promoting the molecules, if we are to move forward. GLA

SDC-01 and SDC -02 to come to clinic this tear for range of inflammatory conditions and Cancers. Also seen as potential treatment for Covid19 - grant applied for this aspect.

This all seems to point to a successful outcome to the Phase 1/2 Trials of SRA 737 hopefully in a range of Cancers.

Something seems to be brewing at Sierra Oncology. After hours rise to 13 Dollars after company filed a Shedule 13D to show that Frazier Life Sciences have a 5% Stake in the Company. Frazier invest and build companies developing and commercialising novel therapeutics.

I keep going on about SRA 737 but the potential is as big if not bigger than the other Sareum compound - and we might find out very soon. The Phase1/2 trial was due to end on 31 March. If this deadline was achieved then detail of results should be released in May or early June. Glover has the Institutions fully on board and they are keeping hold of their shares tightly. There are very few shares in the trading market which is why the share price has barely moved for some time now. The institutions were told a good story and if the results are good and cover a range of Cancers, especially small cell lung cancer where there is an unmet need then we are going to take off.

The official dates as far as I can find are

31/12/19 - The WHO was informed of cases of Pneumonia of unknown cause in Wuhan Province
07/01/20 - Coronavirus was identified as the cause by the Chinese Authorities.
WorkingPharma did refer to an outbreak of lung infections across SE Asia in October/ November. But whether this ties in with the the start of contract negations for Aurora is pure conjecture.

My take on it would be SRRA 737 news pending.

See that the meeting Schedule for today has a 2.00pm- 4.50 pm Clinical Plenary on Lung Cancer targeted therapy. Surely there will be some input from Sierra? Might find out later.
