You bet it is. I used my thermal imaging camera and spotted DL changing the gas bottle under the flair stack at 06.00h this morning. I then used my eavesdropping spy ware and heard him ordering up a tanker of oil to be delivered 7am Monday and another tanker to take it away at 12.00h. Think he might be shorting this?
