Investment in Coldpress and Cannock for example are through the Odexia Consumer Brand fund.Last June Coldpress raised 2.3 million via this fund and Marechale to expand invEurope in exchange for approx a 15-20 percent stake in co.Many believe Coldpress could be a future takeover target for what could be in excess of 100 mill as this sector consolidates.

What started as a chat about how many shares Arthur held at present and how many he and management may have subscribed to in latest cleverly gets channelled into isolated and out of context areas of the prospectus where a negative can be spun.Btw would be interested to know how many Arthur etc have taken this time.
