But why should shareholders have to wait until next January for clarity.This is a plc not a private company and I sense the time for boardroom change in attitude and maybe personnel could well be approaching.

Agree they’re not going to move it dramatically but nearly 20 mill of buys v less than 1mill if sells surely merits a tick up or two.

Hopefully while not scaring small pi’s to sell st the low or near low with their tactics while the big boys load up at this level.Patience will pay here I believe.

Wouldn’t imagine anyone will give a flying f about the annual spend and exactly where it was spent once all goes ahead and the drill starts as the revenues will make these figures look like a pittance.Dont think project financing term sheet would have been sorted or late stage service provider discussions ongoing if our staff count was only Art and Cathy.Yes their oil and drilling expertise costs big but it is this very expertise that puts us in such a great position to punch massively above our weight and grasp a huge return for all Copl shareholders.These staff have a long history of success and without them I doubt if we’d have got a look in.The prize is not far away and focussing on everyday pedantics and costs will have appeared blinkered when first oil flows from this huge field.Team Copl are there to impart their unrivalled experience,expertise and proven ability to bring the oil home.Relax ,everyone wins eventually it’s just a matter of getting over a few humps,but ultimately the team are needed .The hard work in Nigeria for team Copl on a tech level has been done-just funding detail now-but the Mozambique work (preliminary studies suggest this is also huge)is just beginning.A builder doesn’t just turn up and build a block of flats.Prior to this lots of work and fees from Architects,planners Qs’s etc.We’re almost ready to rock and roll in Nigeria with Mozambique set up work underway -hence notice of second placing next April. Re .share register Burgh Island.They should be able to e mail that information to a significant shareholder such as yourself almost immediately as they in effect brokered the deal.A copy of the share register can follow as verification.Wonder how long it will take them to forward this info.What I find mystifying is Mark Norbury wouldn’t discuss the details of the deal on the phone to investors last week as it could be considered price sensitive and then they release the final results with no info as to their stake and investment.wtf.Best of luck with your investigations btw.Interesting times maybe.

I’m with you on this Jiving.Why should the Oil Service Provider agreement not be put in place in principle irrespective of what to date amounts to a few preliminary verbals between Essar and ShoreCan.Schlumberger( we presume)know the oil is there and can be got at easily and quickly.They in essence don’t care who they work for but know they can guarantee a speedy return on their investment but helping push this project forward .Whats not to like from their perspective.All this doomsday talk of court etc is so typical of pi’s talking themselves and others out of what could and should turn out to be an amazing short to medium term investment .Be interesting to see how many Art and co grabbed at this level.They know what’s coming and a little bit of poker by Essar isn’t going to halt it..Just allowed certain factions to make an even bigger killing.Apart from the obv.derampers also beware of the seemingly reasoned but always ultimately doubting Thomas’s who subtedly plant doubt and make peeps question their investment and ultimately seek to spread uncertainty and a better entry level .Remember the mcap here in relation to the huge prize and years of oil revenues.Its a steel and I think Art may well have played a blinder at the behest if those in the know.!

There’s a lot to be got to the bottom of imo which I’m sure your aware of.However just to give an example for the benefit of ongoing discussion here.In 2010 Mac raised development capital for Future Biogas Ltd and solar group West Country Renewables-which In mac’s words-“generated commission and advisory fees.warrants,and founder equity strengthening mac’s balance sheet and could result in significant future gains to shareholders.”June 2018 WCR sold its wind and solar portfolio to Comm. powerCornwall for an undisclosed fee but resulted according to Mac of a net tax relief return for its Eis shareholders of x2.Similarly two Anoerbic digestion plants -Egmere and Grange which were operated by Future Biogas have been sold this July to John Laing Environmental assets group resulting as stated by Mac of gains of x2 and 2.2 to Marechale funded Eis shareholders.Are we part of these gains?More questions than answers with this lot but the plc clearly took equity originally.Surely these sales should have been rns’d if benefitting the plc.

Can’t quite get my head around whether it’s the plc who holds equity in the various projects ( surely this must be the case when acting in the name of the plc)or a select no of wealthy private clients guided towards these by the plc.Would seem a conflict of interest here if the plc not benefitting when the description is of the plc investing or in joint venture etc.Clarification needed from the board asap.
