Remember its a coal mine there building not a retail park, the logistics of it all is a nightmare, moving villages and rebuilding houses for those it has affected plus building a camp for its workers and new roads, then having to deal with government and local authorities anyone who's worked in Africa knows that's a big headache , so another slight delay may of been expected, but hopefully its only weeks and not months/ years, going into 2023 this is a share I'm happy to hold, GLA.
