Your right Midas, i replied right back to him with my thoughts, few on here were well out with there timing on Leap sale and same few all had crazy valuations , well they were in the Ed camp, blind leading the blind.

Well i suppose your right Dagenham as they say never invest in a share all-in add a little at a time, but were talking about a massive company in IMG/EDR, i feel they know were weak and would take any deal they put on the table, we were and are in a terrible position, its the last roll of the dice, in Eds words we want to invest and get 10x our money back, lets see if they can do it, no luck in doing it so far, fingers crossed GLA

Well i got what i asked for Leap sale ASAP, this should let them moved forward for the time being and not stuck in no mans land, but there's always a but, why was the cash not all upfront, IMG/EDR massive company two instalments of say 2.4mill, now something tells me we wont get the full 2nd instalment in full, i fear some will be creamed off some way or another for sure, so the money we get 1st has to be invested wisely and defo not in Yooma.

Strange how Seed never put an RNS out giving its shareholders the update, or would they not be allowed to as its only a selected Financial Highlights and not the full story.

You are right F83, Ed has bigger fish to fry now and i think it was yesterday i said i can also see Ed moving on, i would say Eds lost the trust of most on here, sad thing to say but Eds not helped himself in this department, but that's life .

Are you saying we are going to get an institutional buyer's buying in to Seed, if so id say your way off the mark, maybe a private investor but that's been thrown around here a long time by Ed himself, the money received for Leap is in two instalments, reading the RNS the last paragraph it says the company expects to report a loss on the disposal of £3.2 million :-(
