Agree CTW no good crying over spilt milk, but that milk now gone sour, the SP is down to Seed of late with Yooma LGP Leap all being disappointing but Seed cant control the markets but as a fund they could maybe manage it a little better, as many know i sold most of my holding when i saw things weren't panning out with Leap over a year ago and suppose when our ex boss gifted his mother shares and she then sold, you have to think why is she selling , looking back should of sold the lot but kept a few on the FOMO, i will trade it but not now, GLA.

Could also drift lower before news with the MM’s trying to get shares off nervous holders ?

To think if you own nearly 44% of a company but have no voting rights that doesn't sound good to me, I'm sure this deal from IMG has been hanging about for a while as I'm sure Seed said they've tried to find a buyer and the IPO was a none starter at the last results, but Seed also said they were hoping a deal could be done by year end, i also think IMG might of give them a little extra time but nothing happened and IMG said take the offer now , Seed had no other option but to take it, now if Seed have let Leap sell it this way its pizz poor management on Seeds part, i could be way off the mark here but it looks like Seed have been took to the cleaners on this deal.

yes i wrote it says deal to be concluded in first half of 23, so still no cash to invest if that's the case, they could of done with an advance, but as usual Seed saying nowt, roll on interims .
