I took Ed’s end of year sale of Leap with a pinch of salt , but sometimes theses guys have to be held accountable but accountability and Seed/FFWD don’t go together do they.

Hi Dagenham we’re 9 % short lol, I follow what you say about the share tipsters but I think a lot is people just giving there individual investments out as share tips, as I said there’s some good ones who have done a lot of DD, if you like what you read I do some work myself but I won’t pretend I’m not in there league , the ones I like most in no order is the likes of David Burton, the Doc, Myles McNulty, Nicholas Slater, could name a few more , as I say we all sometimes need a nudge in the right direction , GL

I suppose there will be people putting there trust in him , they should and that’s everyone really research what these so called tipsters are tipping and look at there past results, the trouble with him he says he’s in and if it goes down later he says he out, no one will really make any money out of a so called tipster like that who tells others he’s buying but sell without saying to his followers , love or hate Twitter there is some good guys on there and he’s not one of them, avoid him like the plague is my tip :-). Synergia Energy Ltd (the “Company” or “Synergia”) (formerly named Oilex Ltd) has submitted a formal application for its removal from the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.11. This would mean that the Company’s shares would no longer be quoted on the ASX and would instead solely be quoted on London’s AIM market.
The Company has sought, and received, in-principle advice from ASX that it will agree to the request for removal upon the satisfaction of certain conditions, which the Company has satisfied or intends to satisfy prior to its removal.
The Company sets out the following information for security holders reference in accordance with Section 2.4 of ASX Guidance Note 33 titled ‘Removal of Entities from the ASX Official List’:
1. Formal application
The Company has formally applied to ASX for removal from the Official List as at today’s date in accordance
with the ASX Listing Rules.
2. Reasons for seeking approval
The reasons for seeking removal from the Official List are as follows:
(a) Primary Listing is not in Australia: the Company considers its primary listing to have moved from the ASX to AIM resulting from the fact that a majority of its shares are now traded in the UK;
(b) Low liquidity: the low trading volume and liquidity of the Company’s shares on the Official List is such that any significant trading leads to increased daily volatility on the Official List. This volatility may prevent investors from making an accurate assessment of the actual value of the Company;
(c) Limited operations in Australia: the Company does not currently have any tangible nexus with Australia from an operational perspective, which undermines the basis for retaining a listing on ASX. Further, it has divested the entirety of its Australian assets in the Cooper Eromanga Basin to Armour Energy Ltd. Finally, we note that the Company’s intention is for its senior management team to be based in the UK and as result no operational capabilities will remain within Australia;
(d) Lack of Funding in Australia: for the past several years the Company has not been successful in raising funding from Australian based shareholders. In fact, without the support of its UK shareholder base the Company would not have been able to continue trading;
(e) Company’s Board of Directors has taken steps to transfer Management to the UK: the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer are currently located in the UK.

You will never become a top tipster as you called yourself a few weeks back reason being what you say can never be taken at face value, if the share goes up your in it saying i told you so, if it drops slightly you say your out, then next day if its up i rebought, top tipsters don't work like that, in fact i read somewhere you did that with HARL, i had to laugh yesterday when you returned to the boards this is the first one you came to, if id made the money your saying i would of returned to the boards id made the money but no you came here to try and make yourself look good, from what you said Buns put you onto this, well done Buns, i see a few on SYN are also calling you out maybe you need to give Roland a call to calm the waters over there, oh you cant cos your out lol, we all need help in this game and its out there but don't steal others peoples share tips and portray yourself as something your not, if your making money enjoy it and make others happy spending it, enjoy your day and happy punting, GLA

Don’t act dumb Mat, I’ve mentioned them on here before, but you know that already and I’m sure you are following them , I’ve bought two shares they were talking about ones doubled already and still hold other one could move soon, well I hope it does, happy punting.

I did and it was good Mat, jumped out to soon but still happy, the big boys on Twitter gave a heads up before the move up , there worth following sometimes .

As i said Mat they're in no mans land, they may do something drastic just to keep the lights on , but I'm sure Eds got it all under control.

why will Leap make a good profit during the world cup, is it a virtual world cup lol, Leap are yet to hit profitability as of yet so the world cup will not make an ounce of difference.

LOL you don't have a clue , you say this is an investment company, but it has little to no money to invest.

Listen and listen good DP, our PF isn't doing that good, of what we can sell on the open market will be at a loss, that's why we are in no mans land, i just hope Ed and his team are working hard to sort it out, and it goes to show were a one trick pony till Leap is sold, I'm afraid now we might not even get the 6mill for Leap and i can see Yooma being worth little to nothing, well its just about hit nothing, Seed need to act quick as there running out of time and defo money, well that's my rant GLA.

Looks like LGP small rise was short lived, not good for SEED they really are stuck in no man’s land, I’m expecting an advert soon on tv to donate £10 a month to help Seed survive .
