I'm just speculating so maybe a pointless reply, i think you're spot on, we've got to assume sng are doing as much as they can to please as many regulatory bodies as possible. We know RM has been in contact with the reg men.
Regarding the recovery trial, i see it as a shame we're not on it but I suppose that puts the ball in our court regarding pricing, if we get that far without a T/O that is.
I don't mean to sound cynical, I want to see the drug out there saving lives but we've paid for this trial.
