I was thinking Chrisatbirdies of dilution, to be honest. If the share is surging up (on a silver rush for example) I'm very happy to have UFO make dents in the rise: nothing pays for itself, if we want a working mine we're going to need cash. It won't seem grim if the rise is strong enough.
Of course partnership is another way of getting the cash.

As HH says, "being associated with silver can be enough to benefit from the mania it can attract even if we aren't actually producing any" – ownership of Elizabeth Hill can lift the share price long before the 1st nugget arrives.
I would add that when silver does go up and pulls investors here, there will be more cash for the management to spend getting EH up and running.

Hi, the price has reached 0.39 twice today = 4% up. I know it's not massive, but I'm pleased to see any blue on a Friday.

GST is bucking the Friday trend on the stock market (downwards): it's 4% up on a Friday and that's a good strong show.

No smoking going on here Bobajob, not even my beloved Old Holborn which I had to say goodbye to a few years ago for health reasons. Too much wine of course, but not for breakfast.

Great to read today's RNS about the loan not being necessary.
I wonder if this from Bloomberg yesterday: "Fintech Unicorn Startup P***** Has Many Suitors - Mastercard, Visa And More" also caused some investors to want a piece of GST (and subsidiary GSFIntech) this morning? I looked up 'unicorn' in stock terms and got pretty excited.
Thanks for explaining the rapid price rise in January 2021 Enceph: so it was the market liking a new group of investors and new Executive Directors.

I've emailed GST about the News section of their website, telling them that I can't find news about the period mid-Jan 2021 to mid-Feb 2021 when the share price multiplied by 12. Seems like an interesting period in the company's history!

I agree about the website, I get the impression they've got several routes they can take and they're waiting to see where the profit lies. Still it would be sensible to upgrade all the options regularly.

Quite right cj. But the price can afford to dip between now and then, so long as it's up when agreements are being signed.

Sadly I've got no knowledge of the tech this company is into, so can't pass comment. I've joined because I like the look and sound of the management. I'd love to read discussion of the technology, if anyone is tired of tossing insults.
