Rents are soaring, house prices have soared, we had the stamp duty frozen and huge vols. Yet this £1 billion company has lost everything. No excuses. Useless directors, no idea of business.

I hope LTH have been buying these down to 1p. Every change of this hitting 4 to 5p on some of the mac investments which cost....nothing at all. Last funding was 2p and the news is very good on a number of the companies that mac has a stake in.

Bought a few today for a punt. Can see 3p or above soon. Lots of shares that are bust seem to soar at the moment and someone will buy this. Punting money only.

Look at the late buys! 16 in a row between 5 and 10K in value and a near 50K.

Following several queries from existing Fox Marble Holdings plc shareholders, the Company confirms that the record date for those shareholders to be ring-fenced for any future litigation award against the government of Kosovo in its €195M case is 6 p.m. on 26 May 2023

5.95 was approx the high of MIRI and I could see the herd storming in here early next week. I will be surprised if this does not go above 3p early next week. Some will sell of course after such a move today but once the big buyers pile in.....30 times the possible compensation the current mkt cap and although that is not agreed and a deal might be agreed much lower or not at all even....the prospects of around 50 pence a share however unlikely is going to attract a lot of traders and punters.

Good that they set a date today ....a clear target is established.

I am sure this can be sold...but why not buy it from the administrators for nothing much. No debt, no liability, carry on. Give the current board a decent payoff.

Another dawg share down from 425p to 60p. Worth a punt at 70p I guess but all this talk of injunction is not good for business

Folk still banging on about the cash. Going broke. Another multi year low today. 30p, 20p, 10p. The mugs will still be buying to average down. We had a great run to over £12 and the lower this goes the lower it will go. The shorts sold at £10 and are currently raising a glass to the few remaining longs.

The last results were dreadful. Max worth 50 pence. The bid was always the gamble. If you doubled and did not sell half to get a free punt then you are either mad or greedy. But nothing concrete....all rumours.

Well done ria. I got in at 1.80. Sold half now and keeping the rest for 6 to 7 pence. Working with Microsoft is some headline for a penny stock. Probably not much in it but sure is interesting.

As I say below this is the first time I have been out of web in 10 years. Still not tempted at 1.5 or so. The UK Government are looking to restrict gambling with a new set of restrictions. not sure how this will affect WEB if at all but not sure this is the time to buy any gambling stocks. WEB looks to be drifting and I will look to buy soon. I bought before at 1.25 to 1.40 so not far off (sold out at 2.20 as below). Web has always been a winner for me and I am sure it will be again but the main drivers of this stock...the licences etc...not there at this time

True but a few 5 million plus buys going through now. 10 looking likely if this continues.

There has, however, been continued interest in recent months for the Company's major assets which Rurelec is seeking to dispose. In particular, the directors of Rurelec are in discussions to agree heads of terms with an overseas counterparty to dispose of the Company's ultimate interest in EdS in Argentina, which if consummated in the anticipated timeframe could resolve the uncertainty surrounding the Company's working capital position. It should be noted that, depending on any future negotiated terms, any disposal of the interest in Argentina is likely to be considered a fundamental disposal by the Company pursuant to AIM Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies. That being the case, any such disposal would be conditional on shareholder approval and be accompanied by a publication of a shareholder circular. In addition, it is possible that following such disposal, the Company would be regarded as an AIM Rule 15 cash shell

I would guess that the mkt makers have been offered a stack of stock at a cheap price. The investor that bought £3 million worth at 1,2 might want to take a loss. Who knows? I reckon we will see 0.3 soonish and a huge place at 0.2. The company needs to raise a lot of money quickly. There are no guarantees here. I am one of many getting spanked on this although I did very well before when it went to 8 p. All gone back …on paper at least

We do know they are selling instantly. Maybe they have to pay over half of the BTC per month. Who knows what the deal is?

"As far as we know". That is the point. We have no idea what Arb own, what the debt is, how much profit they are making. Everyone is guessing. I think the company is in complete shock still and have little idea where it is. The main players have gone and the ones in place now may be struggling through complex financial and legal docs trying to work out where they are. I think they are playing for time. You cannot blame them. The situation was desperate and it should not have been. Can anyone get a handle on Arb? I just dont think so. We need clarity but it is not so easy.

Gross proceeds of £3 million (approximately $3.6 million) have been raised by way of a conditional placing (the "Placing") of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.2 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price").

Only last month. TR1 released showing a big seller out. Hard to think no funding around if they can raise £3 million like this.
