Made some money on eleg today. Load of rubbish really. Thinking of investing in al. So up it goes 122 per cent. Not that it matters. So bought a few here. 1.3 pence. When the mkt goes back to normal we will see value stocks like this come back. Sold a load of these at over 4 pence on the last spike. Patience

A good price at 3p but for what point? £141K will achieve nothing. They need £5 million really.

Nascan people who don’t follow the mkts were put into this stock by brokers. Big time. Just as recovery is possible the directors sell out? The new American owners will sell up in a couple of years by relisting at a thumping profit. The U.K. index has done nothing in many years. Are the two linked?

A disgrace! Private investors who were encouraged to buy these in an ipo have lost more than half their money. No wonder people don’t want to invest long term in the U.K. stocks

10%? Buying on the rns and selling at the high was nearly 130%. I managed 100%. Plenty have made money this week on these flyers and are pleased to have a punt. This is the time to do so.

SpaceandPeople remains a strongly cash generative business which has limited capital expenditure needs and, as I have noted previously, we will look to return to paying dividends at a suitably prudent time when distributable reserves permit.

The question is....is this all pie in the sky and worthless? My honest answer is I dont know. It sure is risky. I am very doubtful the timescales will be met and there could be long delays here. It depends on the green agenda and to some extent Ed Milliband. It could be an amazing opportunity. I am no longer convinced so I took a very reasonable profit of 25% and have moved on.

What a headline....one a huge miner and the other a tin pot outfit.

I have been in and out of this stock for many many years. George is a laugh and probably has raised more placings than any company in history.

But one thing I have always thought....Zulu is a staggering prospect. Worth a staggering amount. It needs heavy investment of tens of millions ....far more than Prem can offer. One day perhaps George will cash in. Glencore are the heavy player Zulu needs. Mkt cap of 32 billion and has been double that earlier this year.

Bought a few at 0.059 always a punt with prem. Never any money. But George gets it done. Prem is worth a lot of money. Punting....

They still have a couple of million in these shares left. The best idea is to sell them and return the cash to shareholders. A couple of pence per share. But will they do this? I doubt it somehow.

I cannot remember the name after a lot of years. It happens to everyone if you spend enough years punting in the mkts. You have to forget such incidents or you would be too frightened to sell anything. Just in case.....But it sure hurts at the time.

Yes unknown trader. I remember selling out of a small cap because it never moved and I was break even after holding for a couple of years. No movement or buying . I sold at 4.15 pm. Just after 4.30 pm they announced a take over at a thumping premium.

You may well be right blackhorse. When SCGL hit one pence that message board was deluged with people saying sell and its a crazy price. Scgl went up a further 14 fold.

The thing with these stocks is to remember to sell at least some. You dont make money NOT being in. Shorting? No chance. This could treble tomorrow. The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent as the story of Volkswagen reminds us as it wiped out many hedge funds.....
