Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Watching…you are also diluted. Why is the money needed? Partly to pay the directors a thumping amount in salary and benefits!
My guess is we will see 48p to buy with so much stock to shift and perhaps a fall to around 40p after that. Placings can break the spell of a company and it might see some major holders selling up. Of course some placings can go the other way but this is such a huge discount I think confidence in the bod is falling away
Good stuff guys. Yes the BOD burnt through 250 million on terrible decisions. They got carried away and the company money went on nothing. Amateurs. Personally I doubt the company will be around this time next year unless they can raise another 30 to 50 million £. They might do it with talk of bitcoin going to 200 K. Discount placing at 16p? Might explain the share price refusing to budge?
OK growth investor ...so where did all the money go? We are talking about hundreds of millions of pounds?
Did the directors buy property in Texas without seeking legal and financial advice? Were they paid a fee for doing so and was this declared to shareholders etc? Was this all legal and legitimate? I am sure it must have been but I am just curious about where the huge amounts of cash and cash assets ARB had just a couple of years ago went. Perhaps you can explain?
BTC now above $61,000 and Arb has not moved. I doubt it will get above 25p even if BTC gets to a new all time record. A couple of years ago it would now be over 300p and the volume would be incredible. Such a shame. Where did all the money and the 1500 BTC go?
Spitfire....the last time BTC was at this level Arb was over 300p. No one can "like" the company....it has been a disaster. Where have all the money and assets gone? How is the company in such debt? All those BTC sold off at a fraction of the price today?
For those who bought after the company nearly collapsed they have done well and made good money. But they still cannot like the company.
They just raised cash at 17p just a couple of months ago. What a disaster. 73p this year to one penny. I missed a kicking here. I sold out on a rally some time last year. How many of these companies raise new cash and then go bust? Where has the money gone?
Prem has hit 0.02 in the past. It has never achieved anything much apart from placings. It should have gone bust a dozen times but somehow George has always raised more cash. Just a punt and there has always been big falls and big rallies. Over many years. Prem has always survived. It always needs cash
Another day, another Prem placing. My guess is that Prem has made more placings than any other company in the last 10 years.
Still, George raises the cash again. Prem will probably hit 1p. It usually does. Then there is a delay and down she goes. Most long term punters are on a freeroll. The big rally wont be long. Just mention Zulu, the Chinese, huge contracts, a sale of Zulu for a billion....any combination of these
Chaebol.....quite right. Arb is way overvalued. Which is why BTC going up another 1000 dollars has no impact on the share price. Arb is of little value and the only reason to buy this stock is because many punters do not understand the dire situation they are in and think the last time BTC was this price Arb was 10 times higher. Arb needs more cash but last time they struggled to place.
As of 31 January 2024, the Company held digital assets worth the equivalent of 18 Bitcoin. Jokers
Sorry but this is not the same company. That Arb would be about 170p tonight. But that was before the BOD blew vast amounts in buying a dawg in Texas and went woke. That was the Arb that was holding 1500 bitcoin, had a stack of cash and was debt free. This company is a debt ridden close to administration with almost no assets that holds a handful of bitcoin. Shame.
Yes...about 90 per cent profit on the ones I bought at 0.2. I have been in and out of prem for many years. Mainly in. Kept the stock I bought at 0.23. So many spikes and collapses. Prem could soar to 1p or fall to 0.05. No-0ne ever gets this right. George somehow has kept this on the road. Mad number of placings. We all thought Zulu would be sold for hundreds of millions. George resigned and "left" Prem, He just never actually went. Always had fun in Prem but learned never to trust the price. I would like Prem to deliver big time but I have been hoping for that for a decade plus.
I think we will see this fall below 1.5 now. Dilution and placings always mean the market makers have more access to stock. A great deal for the company to raise more cash but personally I think the days of the huge vols will soon be over and the herd will soon move on.
Some stocks can go mental. Helium is big news, the herd are here, the volume is massive, there are plenty who shorted this big time and are still around so will need to buy. After all it is only a couple of years ago that this was over 20 pence.
Nothing would surprise me here. Some may make a fortune.
I think the tek reaction is very disappointing myself. I would have expected 15p myself. Still, plenty of time as salt moves to 100p and then above 150p.
Sold a few today at 2.83. Bought them at 0.19. Unbelievable . Next time to sell a few is around 3.6p. Keep selling but always end up with more in value than the start of the day. You do not get more of this type of share. Intend to sell my last shares at 28 pence. Around 150 bagger. Had 100 bagger before but never 150 bagger. You in? What sports you buying? Been looking? Ferrari is just so old fashioned these days you know…..
No posts this year. An 11 grand buy today.....not seen much buying for a while
Lots selling today. The buyers will come in if they can get a cheaper price. Vol strong again. The market makers must be all over the place with this volume.
Higher. Seen the late trades? £197,000 buy at 2.2 plus. Wow. Some monster buys
