The point is it’s not restricted to those tenants that cannot pay. You don’t want to pay is also ok. That’s a long time until next March. It suggests yet another lockdown although the thumping loss today in a by election suggests people are very fed up at the moment. Fed up with changing plans and policies and refusal to close borders until the new variant was well established. Lack of political stability is very bad for reits like this; investment decisions etc so down we drift

Everyone makes their own decision. I remember a well known commentator buying ASOS at 10p and selling out at 40p. He made a good profit. ASOS then went to £73.

Placing? Really? The last one was at 80p. This one would need to be at 35 to 40p. Maybe lower if the mkt gets wind and pushes the price of GDR even lower.

52 week low of 0.625 here and GUN has done very well to get to a 2.30 high. I sold most somewhere around the highs but I still have some left. Is it worth more than the current 1.50? No.....not with delays etc. 1.20 or slightly lower is more realistic I think. I would not be too surprised to see something like 0.95p here.

80 million sounds fair. They need to lend money to make money. The question here is.....will they just wipe out existing holders? A huge dilution at 1p per share would do it. They can then do a 100 to 1 consolidation.

But who knows? A 10p placing and all are happy....

Sometimes I wonder if people READ rns statements. It is as if their mind blocks out anything negative and they only look at the good bits.

We may see this fall to 1500 or even 1200. Reason; a lot of people are sitting on big profits here and if they think the company is going ex growth they will sell up. Remember the year low is just above 300p.

So I will be just watching now and taking the special divi. I have a freeroll here having sold the placing stock at over £32 to add to the stock I bought much lower. Would I buy more here? No. This is not a disaster of course by any means but my watchlists are full of red again today so I will have a look in August.

I have a decent holding here and have no interest in selling at this time but this looks like a cautious warning to me.

Looks like the directors sold at the right time? £24. Profit warning here and not what the mkt wanted to hear. Special divi helps of course but maybe short term the Price is going to slip away

Fair enough. Better keep a few then. Can remember all the BS from the last company mind......and all the rubbish spouted then. But that did not stop the price going ever higher until it crashed. Mark 2 is doing very well it seems

Sold some of this today at nearly 53p. Is this worth this mkt cap? Higher? Very little news I can see to justify this sky high rating but then I did not buy these shares; got them from the defunct old company. No complaints though and open minded.

I said....."Something around 85p would tempt me back". So now at 89.5. I think I will get my price and maybe even lower if the government pushes back on Monday the so called " freedom day"

Sold these at over 2 pence once …to be told I was mad and it was going to the stars. The bod have managed a dire performance at a time when green energy is in vogue. Right place right time wrong management to say it politely

As I have said before, the next support level is 295p and I expect strong support at that level. If that breaks then £2 is next but I think that is unlikely at the moment. Cash levels are key here....how much does the company have? No-one knows. People on here think they have loads but no sign of directors or insiders buying and plenty of opp to do so and that suggests to me a lot has been spent on development and chasing contracts.

A shock placing at £2.50 is possible imo. They could have raised a bundle of new cash at around £10 and should have. That would have helped support the price and the dilution would not have worried the mkt then. I bet they now regret not raising. Not so easy now but still something like £25 to £40 million is possible. Unlikely now I think but not impossible.

The reality is the smart money sold these at over £11 and the shorts have really cleaned up. Many of the rampers are nowhere to be seen and some clearly pushed mugs to buy so they could create enough vol to get on a short. I remain with a freeroll here that is worth just 30% of where it was......but the mug dreamers and rampers must have a huge red account and it will take a miracle to get this back to £7 now.

Getting closer daily to a fair buying price. A bit more to go yet. 18p in March was madness.

Yes indeed 30K must hold. I am sure there will be loads of support at that level if it gets there though. It broke last month...just....and the big players poured in heavily. Critical level but I would be very confident it would hold.

Been on this thread years, when Arb was below 3p. Prefer discussion rather than "its going up" rubbish. All that ramping convinced plenty to buy this at 250p plus.

The directors sold a load of this stock and that was a good indicator. The placing at 200p was inspired .....with hindsight.

Arb is very volatile and has had a great run. It remains an option on bitcoin. It does not matter what else they do.

When it gets too cheap I will buy more. That IS the idea. Buy low sell high......

Yes it went to 95p but impossible to buy. Arb is way overpriced at 122p imo with bitcoin at 31,000. The company will still make a good profit per coin but the mkt cap is very high with BTC at that type of price. $64,000 seems a long time ago now and it could quickly bounce back to $35,000 plus. But it seems strange to see Arb down a mere 3.5% when Bitcoin is down 13 per cent. If the $30K breaks then I think down to $26K.

I def not selling my ARB btw; holding my freeroll for ever. Last time arb hit this price it was worth buying and I did. But bitcoin looks weaker to me at the moment and is only about 8% up this year. The losses for those that piled in at 50K plus are piling up. I am sure Arb will be worth buying again soon but not yet imo.

Below 90p. Still holding but approaching flat now. Funding issues I guess...mkt thinking a discounted rights on the way perhaps? Charts suggest a low of about 75p is possible then if that breaks back down to 50p levels. Not going to sell as not holding too many.....Tils is a good example of a bio company falling off a cliff when out of favour.
