I agree the company is unlikely to raise cash. More likely perhaps is a take over deal perhaps with some directors involved. If this steady fall continues we will see £5 soon enough and that will be a big tempt.

The critical 290p level held once again. So critical; it has been hit so many times and bounced. strong support level now.

That suggests to me a small rally is due. News here will be dangerous though (look at BOTB today where the fall mirrors that of NCYT in some ways) but I can see 360p on a rally.

Yes great.......this requirement to suspend and issue a new prospectus etc is one of the things the government has said it wants to get rid of because it is stopping investment in the UK tech area. We know the deal and the terms so why all this stupid red tape?

Yes I also see a rerate. To the 30’s and then 20’s. The company has done zilch I reckon and the next results will be dreadful. Losses galore. Still, they should be able to raise more cash from the er, investors who will back this with their hard earned until every penny is lost

I have a small amount invested here and like many others are hoping for a spike to get out. Long term future I read. Really? In the middle of a pandemic they lose money yet you think the future is bright. This is a legal mugging.

This year….high 80p low 7.75p. Sea of selling. Maybe a placing? Or some form of raise? Someone knows….

The CEO gone. Price stuck in this 325 level. Nothing much. No contracts. No real news. Vaccine rolling out. No takeover. No one buying here. zzzzzz.

Will the 250p level hold? I doubt it. This broke below 200p for a while when it broke that level before. I think BOO is one of those stocks the City never trusts and will not invest in. Every chance of making a quick 20 per cent on a rally here at some stage but what price to buy?

My guess is this will all be sorted by Q1 next year. The new owners will want everything sorted and all the loose ends done. I reckon 150p return is possible in total and this might remain as a SPAC with 10 million £ cash. I will not be selling here. I see limited downside and big upside now....after this move today. If the price falls back to 80p or below I will look to add. Just 59p a couple of weeks ago! News changes everything.....

There is the 250p level and I doubt it will hold. I think the next support is around 210p and if that breaks then 180 to 190 looks to be likely. After that we would see 150. However that is a long way yet and I am a definite buyer in the low 200levels. I see August as a good time to buy stocks but slowly and in smaller numbers. Have your cash ready to buy stocks as I think we will see weak mkts with the USA leading us down

Yes fair enough. Someone bought nearly 5%. Perhaps 1p was too low. I have bought and sold plenty of MAC over the years!

Although a bit of a falling knife. I can see 0.95 or as low as 0.80 on the charts.

Mac is usually about 1p and is not worth much more. We had the spike to 6.6p based on Akers and that level or even 5p was the perfect time to sell. Mac will have its day again but maybe not for a while and I wont be adding yet. August could be slow and low
