From this Jan. Must be worth 10 million even in Argentina?
There has, however, been continued interest in recent months for the Company's major assets which Rurelec is seeking to dispose. In particular, the directors of Rurelec are in discussions to agree heads of terms with an overseas counterparty to dispose of the Company's ultimate interest in EdS in Argentina, which if consummated in the anticipated timeframe could resolve the uncertainty surrounding the Company's working capital position. It should be noted that, depending on any future negotiated terms, any disposal of the interest in Argentina is likely to be considered a fundamental disposal by the Company pursuant to AIM Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies. That being the case, any such disposal would be conditional on shareholder approval and be accompanied by a publication of a shareholder circular. In addition, it is possible that following such disposal, the Company would be regarded as an AIM Rule 15 cash shell
I would guess that the mkt makers have been offered a stack of stock at a cheap price. The investor that bought £3 million worth at 1,2 might want to take a loss. Who knows? I reckon we will see 0.3 soonish and a huge place at 0.2. The company needs to raise a lot of money quickly. There are no guarantees here. I am one of many getting spanked on this although I did very well before when it went to 8 p. All gone back …on paper at least
As of 31 March 2023, the Company held 85 Bitcoin or Bitcoin Equivalents.
We do know they are selling instantly. Maybe they have to pay over half of the BTC per month. Who knows what the deal is?
"As far as we know". That is the point. We have no idea what Arb own, what the debt is, how much profit they are making. Everyone is guessing. I think the company is in complete shock still and have little idea where it is. The main players have gone and the ones in place now may be struggling through complex financial and legal docs trying to work out where they are. I think they are playing for time. You cannot blame them. The situation was desperate and it should not have been. Can anyone get a handle on Arb? I just dont think so. We need clarity but it is not so easy.
Gross proceeds of £3 million (approximately $3.6 million) have been raised by way of a conditional placing (the "Placing") of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.2 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price").
Only last month. TR1 released showing a big seller out. Hard to think no funding around if they can raise £3 million like this.

I think I sold last time at around 10p....a punt of course but i can see 0.8 to 1p soon enough.
Yes about 4/5p. So many stocks are announcing poor news and get smashed (WBI today on news a bank will no longer lend). Reason? I think ARB are in dire financial state.
Which is terrible. Arb were in a fantastic position before they got carried away and spanked huge amounts on Texas etc. Tons of cash, loads of BTC and no debt to this dire position. A chief exec who thought he was the next Apple etc. From being voted the top of the year and showered with awards to this mess....except of course that he is no longer around.

Ouch!! This is terrible. I think this might happen to many small caps. The banks are nervy about a recession and want out. WBI has just raised £3 million in new equity so they are going to find it tough to raise more at any sort of price.
The sellers here may have known this and have been dumping WBI for yonks. Just bought more at 0.95 last week. Sigh.
Who knows what the bid price will be? 120p would be an amazing price. Buy more if you think they are bonkers
Yes the results were dire today. A vast hit to the balance sheet. Would you buy these at 90p if there was no bid? Of course not. Crazy valuation and the shorts would take you on every day.
I hope most PI holders cashed in yesterday over 90p at least to take their cash back. A great price. I did. The selling and shorts did good business today. I think we will see below 70p but there will be some punters hoping for a big rally. Watch out if apollo withdraw....which they can do at any time. Who knows what the price of a bid would be. A real gamble
Not worth more than 40 to 50 pence if that on these results. If Apollo decide not to proceed then timber. Back below 80 pence and very much a gamble. I reckon 90 pence buyout would be an excellent price myself.
Two placings now in two months. Every time the stock starts to move up. The mkt is going to get bored with this soon.
But at what price? Only up a smallish amount now. I am in much lower at just below 50. To sell hold or buy more
Placing on the way before decision? They will need cash and would be mad not to get new money in after this huge rally
Look at the heavy selling of TEK today though. Placing stock being dumped I guess. Hopefully volume will allow a lot of this to be cleared esp if Lucy closes at approx $5. Those who bought in the placing wanted to flip but will take break even at just above 16. That will take time so dont expect miracles. They are not interested in the company.
The old Arb...yes. But then it would be 50p to 70p now.
No-one seems to answer the obvious questions:
How much does Arb make at 30,000 per coin?
How many machines do they currently own?
Current cash?
Current debt and future liability?
Plans to raise new funding?
The company used to be debt free, had 1000 plus bitcoin and piles of cash.
We need answers but the silence is deafening.
Why? Is it because company is in dire trouble. I really dont know and I have been following Arb for many years
Not really....the sellers are now out in force.
Bought some just now at below 16p. Easy to buy.
Arb used to have a significant amount of capital, a stack of coins and not a penny of debt.....oh woe
I know. Why? Because the mkt does not know how much business Arb has left or how much debt it has. How much Arb is making per coin. It used to be very clear .....now others are creaming off x amount. We used to know that at 30K Arb would be making a substantial profit? Now? Are they even solvent? How many machines are left after all the sales? What is the liability in Texas if any? The market is looking at Arb and wondering if bankruptcy is still an option.
I have followed Arb for many years and I dont really understand where Arb currently is either. 13p bid. Is that all?
"Within a year or two, we will be banning lab-grown meat – and, just like Italy, dooming ourselves to a generation or more of relentless economic decline"
Not sure about this..in the Telegraph. But the UK seems to be banning lots of new tech so it is good that BSFA are looking to list in the US. They should be looking to float the lab meat side off and move that bit to the US. Not a single significant tech business has floated in the UK for about 18 months....anywhere but the UK.
