1700 partners covering over 100 countries compared with 6 directors and a poxy first floor office in South London securing a mortgage and a mates rates loan. Dream on.
Given up on market research and now a video management solution provider. Unproven and with effective, long established, competition.
Shardster, the idea that my investment will be somehow enhanced by a deal brokered with a Board member's family and friends on both sides and offering nothing original is risible. It didn't take long to find the evidence courtesy of Companies House, the RNS system and a good search engine.
I don't find this a laughing matter on any level. Alfahaid was farce from day one and Big Sofa might raise a wry smile at first glance but is just as iffy as a proposal. After work today I'm going to look into the three new directors at Big Sofa.
Cashking. It seems to me self evident that the second loan should not be approved by shareholders. If Big Sofa needs it to remain in business then a pay day loan level interest rate is justified and it would pile the pressure on for a much better overall deal to be negotiated. At the same time someone should be seriously examining who the new directors and shareholders of Big Sofa are and what the competition has to offer. This BOD has a well deserved reputation for bad judgement when it comes to advance payments for deals that don't stand up to scrutiny. Premium members will recognise that if even if personal commercial considerations prevent them from acknowledging it on here.
So get on the blower and tell the director of NEW and PRS that he doesn't understand what his 8% holding is about to be invested in. It isn't what he thinks it is, clearly. And does he know that the leader of this magnificent piece of cake learnt his software development theory at a crammer? Good image that cake because it shows how much will be left for NEW shareholders once everyone else has dipped their snouts in. If they are lucky.
The AGM will be after the RTO and they'll be well gone by then, clutching the last of the swag. Paternoster have a report out today that describes Big Sofa as a market research company not a big data enabler. Either way, no place for those three in that business area.
Ant1986 says you are being ridiculous. I wouldn't put up with that if I were you.
How successful you mean. Fortunately I don't have to convince you or anyone else. Lurkers here will, if interested, look at that exchange, put it in the context of the RTO and draw their own conclusions. BTW one doesn't need to be convicted to be a criminal but if one is convicted then one is a convicted criminal. You probably know that though.
Criminals? Are you allowed to say that on here? In answer to the question. My vote is to remove Einchcombe, Sztyk and Polakoff if someone manages to give me the chance. That doesn't make Reynolds and Lee angels unless they reported the gang of three to the police without telling us.
And for my follow up as per my usual m o.... it very much looks like an attempt to get a big name on board to make Big Sofa appear more valuable when it comes to that RTO. Let's hope Jake continues to fend him off until after the value of Big Sofa against New has been fixed. For New shareholders sake if not forcReynolds Senior's.
Bllx. It's as clear as anything that Lidington went crawling to Steadman looking for a contract. Just the tiniest research shows that Lidington gave Steadman his first proper job back in 2003. Looks as though the tables have turned. They had an appointment, met, Steadman put him off and is now claiming to be too busy to follow it up. Chicken pox? Yeh right. Not even Twitter managers do their negotiating over social media just yet.
Looking at the time stamp of that post you should be the one doing the chillin
I see you already have. Cringeworthy.
Have you thought about tweeting Big Sofa with random business suggestions? You know the sort of thing.....any stupid idea with the word marketing in it. They might even humour you with a polite response.
Because the concert party has fallen out over the Big Sofa deal? Them what wanted a bio company have fallen out with them that's happy with a video management software company? Someone who posts here must know for sure but isn't saying so far
Certainly am but diluted to hell and miserable with it. You?
Looks to me as if the action group didn't think there was much to the Big Sofa deal for anyone other than the Reynolds family and their mates. Can't say that I disagree with that view. Or was it the delay and waste of money of the pointless EGM they objected to? Can't wait to read the spin from a premium member with a direct line to reality or a former member of the group even.
Classic response. Distract from the points and attack the poster. Premium membership, is that tax deductible if paid for in the course of business? Just interested as I fancy a career in stock promotion.
Anyone who expected a big bang has got a big sofa instead. And anyone expecting a Reynolds Opti got a Reynolds Vialogy instead. A big sofa partly already owned by Adams dad and his mates. About those warrants...when, why, from who? I guess they are the introduction fee for introducing big sofa to new but was it before or after last year's AGM?
