Wonder why the news hasn't had an effect here yet?
Quite a remarkable misreading of the situation. The man who went wasn't Sabet but was the Company Secretary, Matthew Parish. His replacement is now signing off on the RNS. Parish was involved with Niel Petroleum, the people who caused New World Oil and Gas to be exposed to money laundering accusations. Parish is under investigation for alleged forgery involving a real Kuwait Sheikh! The other point is that the tennis player didn't invest his own money he was gifted the shares as part of his deal. Hardly a ringing endorsement of a 5p sp and he may already have sold out.
Rambling, that's a good'un!
So, I go away for a few days and insanity breaks out among the ramping community. Rampant insanity syndrome: Is there a cure? Yes? One for AR to RTO there then. Limitless demand. Disappointed not to find the BS accounts published but blow me over did you see how many filings BS did once the AGM ended? How many directors do they need less than a month from an RTO? And why has the Environics CEO pushed off if this is such a world-beater? So many questions, so little time before kickoff. Bye.
Don't forget here's a mortgage in December as well.
That sums it up really. Contract wins, but for details see BS website. BS website unchanged since 2015. Another month passed and another two mouths to feed with accounts overdue.
A prize for anyone who can tell us how Ant knows that the accounts have been lodged and where they are now. Ant excluded obviously. First prize a month's supply of Big Sofa (when available). Second prize two months....Terms and conditions apply.
Sefton Holders RNS out this morning says different. Nothing to do with NEW except Ben Turney, nothing to do with Big Sofa except Fintech's got investor pazzaz and video storage hasn't. ADVFN could do with a leg up too so no matter whatever anyone else thinks this is great news. Not so good if you are a Big Sofa parasite though, eh matey? Best encourage them to get their accounts and the EGM paperwork out asap or events will overtake them. 9 November is only a month away
So it all becomes clear! The so called action group is poised to replace Big Sofa with the Teathers fintech offering grabed from the hands of the Drummonds at no cost. Get this baby back to trading right away!
Free legal advice too. No limit to your talents, clearly. I will admit to a small error though. When I said the action group promised a biopharm I should have said Med Tech. See the NWOG action website post on 10 September 2015 for the source of this near libellous conjecture. I for one voted for AR and NL on that basis so was disappointed to see Concepta go elsewhere and for us to get a Vialogy variant involving Reynolds senior instead.
Let me spell it out. I do not think shareholders can afford to trust the two remaining directors any more than they could the previous ones. I didn't join the action group because my shares are in a Sipp but I can't see why they are still letting these people get away with it. They promised us a biopharm and they delivered a sell out to an unproven video management crew whose only merits are that ARs friends control them. Was the sacrifice worth it or have the action group struck an insider's deal?
Haven't finished yet... The board from January to June was working to reduce its cost base. How? By delaying the AGM thus provoking some brave shareholders to sacrifice their ISA allowance so as to demand an EGM. Is NL trying to be ironic, sarcastic or what? And who knows how much the three off them eventuallywalked away with on 11 July because NL doesn't think their departure or terms worth mentioning in the subsequent events. And yes, BS accounts have not been published yet so you'll have to keep the faith a while longer on that one too.
W1llm, just for you.... Did you see the loss attributed to corporate activity in Denmark? What was that then? I bet it wasn't admin fees for closing the Danish companies down, not at that price anyway. And what's this about delisting if there's no re-admission document within six months? Step away from this carp deal and we can be trading again on Monday or 13 October if you prefer.
Still no counter evidence then. No accounts, no new logos, no contract announcements, just trips abroad, new recruits and job offers. What a business plan - pot of money to pay wages, ring round mates and beg for contracts. It's not as if the team are top drawer. RC was just made redundant, AB never stays anywhere long and even the boss got the sack when he was working for someone else. What tf is AR up to?
They do have a video management software package and a few contacts books. They taught themselves ruby on rails and project management in a week so plenty of experience to draw on. These are really serious people.
The product is tailored market research using video as the main selling point. They put together a package of mrx consultants, video operators and transcribers who gather video, file it on a remote servers and allow the customer to access it using a bespoke software application. Their website is pretty poor and there are much better competitor sites that give the costs of similar services. It's all a bit uninspiring at present.
I know it must be difficult for you to grasp but everything I know is from doing my own research. No secrets, no clubs just good old fashioned research. And my research tells me that Big Sofa is overvalued and NEW is being drained on a monthly basis. You can hope for a spike on release from suspension but it won't help us long term holders or those holders with plenty of recently bought cheaper shares.
Still no reasons then...
A couple of prosperous moths from a Big Sofa. Is that the best we can hope for? The deadly silence says it all really. All those old contracts have come and long gone. Ofgem? One year contract nicked from Ipsos Mori before they pinched it back again. Nothing to do with this great idea of market research via video whatsoever. I can't wait to see the accounts from last year just as I can't wait to see a contract win announced. It's not at all like butterflies Concepta and Opti. It's more like Orogen and Hubco. Moths indeed but not prosperous ones.
I see that at least three of the BS team are enjoying a visit to New Orleans this week for some marketing luvvy fest. No wonder they need a US office, it will make travel arrangements soo much easier dahling. Executive jet next. Still, looking for a flurry of lucre rich contracts soon! Or even an announcement of just one....
