Colin Bird has taken on even more work this morning. See Xtract. Probably not out of choice or any disrespect to ORE shareholders you understand. More a case of needs must. Less time for the racecourse and his Serbian brood mare too, poor old chap.
It's a private placing, a placing for money....
I would do but I'm too busy crafting a draft RNS that announces what readers of Mr Winnifruth's august journal apparently now know. Thanks to Ant for the heads up on that one.
Huge potential? Well, he would say that, wouldn't he. I think what he actually said was Hugh potential (as in Hugh Reynolds of the warrant holding) but the reporter misheard him.
Stagnant. After watching the BS begging an ex employee for a contract on Twitter, seeing a BS techie talking to an empty room in Texas, seeing the woman who tweeted it join BS as head of sales and seeing the photo of the team having lunch (all on the BS Twitter page) you can see the evidence for yourself that whatever's going on isn't disrupting anyone's market expect NEWs. And it's already costing us over £50k a month if this goes ahead.
I imagine Turney feels much the same way about your philosophical outlook, your flawed memories and your taking up "positions". I know I do.
Whereas I think it was the NEW executive who, advised by James Biddle of Beaumont Cornish and assisted by Andrew Frangos of Cornhill, placed all those unapproved share rights into CREST three weeks before the EGM. Then there was the unnamed clients of Cornhill who accepted them and sold them on to Judith Williams and her son. Turney may have publicised it but you can't shoot the messenger.
It won't have to if the deal goes ahead. But if it doesn't that's a good question. Their bank has the first mortgage and, since slavery was abolished in the UK centuries ago, the staff are free to walk. How about a cash call from BS shareholders, eh Ant?
Of course you can. Until then just look away.
Looking silly or losing money. What a choice. Meanwhile, BS CEO is quoted as saying earlier this month that it has 15 employees and a turnover last year of £1.5m. Seven board members for 15 employees and how much?
Withdraw action group support to Reynolds. Right away. Another NED is needed so what about Amanda van Dyke of PRS or one of the action group even? Don't really care so long as the brakes get applied to this disastrous RTO before any more money is wasted on holidays designed to pump BS value. Ant, I'm on to you matey so pass the word.
And Imagen?
Imagen or Virtualstock. There, wasn't that easy? Both very real and better prepared for the market then BS. Now, can you come to terms with having been led up the garden path by the Hersham Road mafia and their Eastcastle Street pals?
Talk about missing the point. Let me put something to you. You are holding too many NEW shares for comfort. You don't care if BS is total BS or not so long as theres a spike and you can find a bigger fool. But AR has let you down by picking a dud whose only merit is that his dad's mates own it. But you can't let that be known or its sleepless nights. So you ally yourself with Ant who is clearly an investor in BS. I'm not like you glad to say. I say it like it is. We need a better option and we need it now.
I'm all for cryptic posts but that last one is beyond me.
Where to begin? Positive and happy when not being ripped off. Down on this share? Well, yes and even the tiniest amount of research will show why. Adam Reynolds is no saint. Look at ORE and look at the placing with Frontier. But most importantly look at Big Sofa. What a dud. Look at the new directors since September last year. You need to ask Ben and Gary why they are letting the Reynolds family and friends negotiate on both sides of this deal.
Moriarty. Talking of negative vibes, have a look at the photos from Texas. Sam from Big Sofa addressed an empty room and others weren't much better. A non-event. Cannes and Texas are desperate attempts to portray BS as something it isn't. You can shut your eyes to this if you want but we are still being done over here.
Ffs, what a waste of OUR money. Trips to the South of France now Texas. Things are going from bad to worse.
I reckon it is the result of only reading and editing the headline news. After all, you wouldn't expect St Brides to actually do anything in return for their monthly fee, would you?
It was the Tea what did it. Good to see that there are no illusions about St Adam.
