You are the one who has first hand knowledge...I would go with your own gut instinct.

Deutsche Lithium GmbH in Freiberg is pushing ahead with its plans for mining in Zinnwald. The company works on several fields at the same time. The decisive factor will be whether Deutsche Lithium will find investors who will convince its concept. For the project to start, the company has to raise 159 million euros. "This is a very challenging task," says Prof. Armin Müller, Managing Director of Deutsche Lithium. The funding is probably the field on which decides whether in Zinnwald mining begins again

How can it be accurate....Cadence have never owned 70% of the reserves have they ?
