A Letter of no Objection (LONO) is typically 4000 hrs which is the same as was planned with Maersk.

What dustofnations posts is correct it's only the signing of agreements that is due before year end, we shall see if it happens soon enough.

Hardly mid December it's the 21st today and only 6 full trading days left to year end. We shall see, will be happy to be wrong but been here to long to expect anything to go as stated.

Can't see how Covid would affect someone signing a piece of paper.
I'd accept a week or 2 delay but I suspect it will be longer than that if at all.

Well lets hope they pull this off but they really needed a big player as a partner not a company that turns over less than your average corner shop.

Itsawrap, it just means less than 3%. They may be out, they may not, but they don't have to notify lower than 3% by TR-1.

Thats true but as they crossed 3% barrier last Friday it's unlikely they have managed to dump the remaining 3% in the last 3 trading trades, hence the selling continues. However I do see this RNS as a positive as folk know Humber need the money.

Threshold of below 3% crossed on the 11th, but selling has continued since so they haven't finished yet. Also theres been a hell of a lot more sells than just 1.93% reported so there must be more than 1 seller.

And so the selling continues. WTF!!!

One of the issues is how QFI come across to any potential customer. We have a product that has huge potential and if proven to do as it says on the tin then a no brainer. However when the likes of Maersk , MSC or any other multi national company look at whos behind this wonder product its a couple of over paid guys sitting at home in slippers who have the office phone on answer phone.
We just don't project the right cooperate image that big companies deal with and unless someone takes a punt and proves up the project we are doomed whether MSAR or BIOMSAR are good or not.
I 100% blame the BOD for the lack of contracts, they just don't seem to be anyway near proactive enough, they need the help and expertise of a big player. Better to give away a percentage of revenue rather than no revenue at all.

That article doesn't fill me with confidence of a major revenue earning contract. Single shifts with training of new staff all sounds like a tin pot outfit with expectations beyond reality. It's no Saudi or Maersk thats for sure.
