No its not at 10.16 the spread was 0.61 - 0.64 and the trade was reported late but went through at 0.61. The price then fell so tell me how you think thats a buy.
The SP was 0.6 three years ago, all that happened is we keep issuing more shares so the Market cap goes up but the SP stays the same no good for investors!!

That 10,000,000 sell @ .61p timed at 10.16 didn't help!!

Disappointing drop in SP today on small volume. It would be nice if just once we could hold onto gains made in previous days.

Would like to see them convert the recent £500,000 into shares soon as that gives confidence that SP will rise. All the time they don't convert they must be thinking it may go lower so hold off for lower conversion price.

So Bergen's 25,000,000 shares issued @ 2p are admitted to the market as from today. Not sure this RNS is going to generate enough volume to swallow too many of them although they are on a quick 75% profit at the mo.
I hate this form of financing its such a weight on the SP, we can only hope that a more favourable method is used next time.

The test results i was referring to is with Aquafuel as per RNS of 18th Dec which states:

Aquafuel is the industry partner currently testing bioMSAR® on a standard Cummins diesel generator owned by Quadrise at Aquafuel's UK test facility. The testing, first announced on 15 December 2020, is expected to be completed shortly with final report on the outcome expected in January 2021. bioMSAR® is a low carbon alternative to heavy fuel oil that combines renewable glycerine with MSAR® fuel technology to reduce CO2 emissions by 20-30%, as well as NOx and particulates.

So results due now!!
