One should not under estimate the significance of the final Bergen conversion. They will be fully aware of company developments and have decided now is the time as the SP is fully expected to rise from this point with expected news flow. As I said 2 weeks ago it would have been good if they had converted the full remaining million at the time but this is nearly as much a positive move.

I fully appreciate the task at hand isn't easy but these guys are being paid hundreds of thousands of pounds a year so to justify that level of remuneration shareholders would hope, no expect better results.
It is them that provides timelines that they constantly miss, even an apprentice would know its better to under promise and over deliver rather than the other way round.
Anyway I shall refrain from posting any more until the next RNS so that I'm not accused of self indulgence.
As an aside the LONO agreement is now 50/ 50 chance of materialising at best .

Indigo as I have stated before I believe in the product but justifiably feel the board have let shareholders down. When the Maersk trial was pulled it was a crushing blow. That is the time Mike and Jason should have stepped up to the plate, with MSAR being produced at Cepsa the product was available to offer to other companies. Instead not one other shipping line signed up and QFI ended up having to pay for the removal of the MMU. Now if you can,t sell a product "oven ready" then what hope is there.
Now thats just one example of cringeworthy poor performance which I find difficult to swallow.

This board have been paid millions of pounds over the past few years by shareholders, many of whom post on this board and on the forum, and yet we have not one commercial contract to our name. This is despite there being, what must be considered the most favourable conditions ever for the introduction of a new greener, cheaper fuel for the shipping industry which MSAR claims to be.
How you continue to support this P**s poor performance is a mystery.

Back to reality, it's a disgrace how this BOD treat the shareholders true enough. Even worse is that they take a huge salary for nil material (for that I mean commercial income) progress year after year.

TechyRob - So why no signed LONO agreement yet. Every duck has perfectly lined up in a row for MSAR and yet we still have no agreement. Shipping companies with ships that have Scrubbers fitted should be knocking at the door of QFI champing at the bit to test this product but as yet not one has signed., WHY?
Mike and Jason just don't seem up to selling this product but they sure are good at kicking cans down the road.

Maybe one of the shipping companies due to sign the LONO agreement owes the other one money so until the accounting dispute is settled the LONO is off.
Or maybe one of these companies ships took avoiding action to miss a buoy but in so doing ran into the other companies ship and now they won't sign anything the other one is involved in.

My problem is that i think the product has so much potential and so I hold in the hope that this potential will one day be realised. My gripe re the BOD is their inability to close a deal that hopefully sets the ball rolling and make us all a lot of money.

Tidetime with only 5 posts I'm guessing you haven't been on the front line that long. After over 8 years in this share I am confident that my statement of most LTH are frustrated by lack of progress is accurate, indeed many have posted such views themselves.

Indigo have you read all the posts this morning, I think you'll find you are being a tad selective with your comment.
You have recently shown your undying support for the BOD which is your right however frustration has been heightened to most LTH recently by missing the SELF IMPOSED TIMELINE YET AGAIN.
It's very difficult to accept such shortfalls over and over again.

Can't make my mind up if our BOD are lazy, inefficient, crap at their job or just unlucky.
Which ever one it is they get paid mighty well for it.
