Shenners are u Littlened. Please tell me what happens in July. As their excuse for delisting is to save money as finances are strained. We have all been here for years and heard the same old waffle. All I can say is the past has happened and the sp has spiralled downwards, that tells me a lot.

Littlened, when you fail to make repayments on your mortgage or loan using collateral, the bank or loan providing facility can repossess when all avenues have been looked at. When Sdx took this loan agreement it was agreed by shareholders . Look at sept rns and the conditions. Littlened u tell me what happens when they default ,removing from aim only saves them money on paying the high interest and fees. Harder to raise money being private , I know.

Any u guys decide to keep your shares after delisting just beware , in July this year Sdx have to repay the loan from aleph. This is not going to happen , so on default of this, the company becomes alephs .

It’s not dead money. U can sell now or wait to they delist and sell through the matching service. My issue with that is that no one is buying now what’s the chance anyone going to buy then. You can only sell if their is a buyer, no mm to keep shares on book, with little comms coming from Sdx it won’t get any better

Well we have our answer. I think most big investors have written this of as a loss. All in aleph hands now. We have gone from an offer of 13p to this valuation , by a comp that stopped the takeover and said it best interest was the shareholders. Really can’t make this up.

Littlened. I cannot believe the things you write on this forum are anything but fantasy. The board should give an update on all , from any drills to contracts with existing suppliers to finicial situation. What inatiative are ongoing. This is just fantasy. And who is waiting on the sidelines to buy the shares . Nobody. Aleph does not need to , so when it goes private ,what investors are going to a stake in a company that keeps you in the dark. Nobody. And also aleph secured the assets against the loan. So really it’s a win , just sit back wait to Sdx unable to make repayments on high interest loan and take control under a less regulated situation. Legache , if this does not delist it will go up possibly back to a penny. Then the morons in control need to have a plan going forward , actually doing some work, their has never been any forward thinking here, they may say a lot in all the results but nothing ever happens. This then gets investors interest and can lead to equity raises, may dilute for now but how much worse can it get. The sp is getting near to zero. In asset value as for the debt. If shareholders think their is value small or big, why are they not buying. I think this will delist as a done deal, and bigger holders have written this down as a loss. Only one winner, as I have always said

Aim is not great, but if the company is ticking over and moving forward with improving margins it will always bring in buyers. I see they are still going ahead with the delisting as I thought, what a nasty bunch of management Sdx have, no clue but total destruction , in bed with aleph for debt swap later this year. I always thought they would buy this for 4p, totally wrong they got the company even cheaper. I see Littlened still in denial, but I think he is as truthful as the comp management , I know he had sold out some time, when you transfer shares it never shows up on the public register as a sell or buy, I know from my dealings over years. Just looking in to see latest developments and not much happening . Just reading some comments on here and I can see no sensible talk. Littlened is right , the meeting was arranged on the 31, I mean what morons convey a meeting on that day so probably no shareholders could make it. I believe they will arrange this and it will go ahead. Sell out why you can . Legache the fca would not give a monkeys about the goings on here, it’s the uk most things are bent here. Just looking in , what a mess. What are the current management doing every day. I see Littlened is still with the fairies but my guess he had sold , as if he believes in the company at no value on aim he should be snapping up these shares. My guess is that even aleph isn’t buying , they are obviously waiting to take it private where a deal will be done for debt and smallholders have no say. Legache I’m afraid this is going private as board for once would have done their work to secure this , I think they will probably been in constant talks with aleph and will rewarded for this.
