As I understand its the same fall. The new shares from the raise are now being added, or will be added in the coming days, diluting the current stock.

Some commentators predict the share price will tend towards the raise price when added.

Just my understanding ... could be completely wrong.

Not sure you will get a judge to agree he deliberately chose incapable contractors to work on a plant of dubious technical design, that needs water to work, built in the desert, and that that is an class actionable?.

MrT it doesn't directly.follow that we go to the raise price as that price only applies to the new shares (5.8% more). When dropped into the full share Base it will dilute. Maybe we can hope to be somewhere in the middle near term...

I hope you're right on the license being iminent, positive as it is, theres an impact to the negative each time shares are issued.

I think you're reading too much into an error.

As I understand the earnings projection would need to release at the meeting or RNS based on what the company think. To provide information based on what a broker thinks is not company guidance, and should not have been aired at the meeting.

It always been said on this page that we are waiting on the American launch for this to have full traction on revenues and share price growth.

It's not launched in America, and the "soft launch" was a feeble attempt to convince the market one quarter early that it was done. Mr Market is pretty switched on. No American revenues.... yet, it's a flopper for now.

In my opinion, this doesn't move significantly for another 2 quarters. Time to allow proper ramp up, increase revenues and larger profit 📈 👍

I am not concerned.

Buy back is not the way to go in my opinion.

Deploy the cash in a 10 bagger is the way to go... thats why we are here after all.
