It does sound like lots of progress, however, pulling it all together and getting it operational through commissioning can take time.

As Colin described all the constituent components to come together, I couldn't help get a flash back to #PREM as we torturously, slowly, snatched failure from the impending success. Commisioning of the #PREM plant inevitably remained out of reach.

Hopefully not the case here. But it's not a plant till we see the output.

It's a ruse IMHO. This company has no money and is being positioned for raise at Indaba Mining Conference in the next week or so. Get out before then. Get back in after the raise, likely sometime in March.

A deal will be done, of that I am convinced.

A good positive start to the year hangs on the realisation of this statement..

"Group full-year 2025 share of gross sales on-track to surpass 2024."

With the investment and downtime in 2025, to better 2024 will be very positive. The additional capacity realised bodes well for 2026.

I think your statements are accurate levi and 64, however 2026 is a completely different market.

It would be hard to fail with commodity prices where they are. Momentum is with this.

Like you, my portfolio feels like it's stuck on the M25, in rush hour. It's in lane 2, stationary. Lane 1 & 3 are flowing, but its stuck here; I'm watching the needle slowly move from full to half a tank.

Not wanting to change lanes because I tried that already, moving from stationary lane 1 into flowing lane 2 last month only for it to come to a screeching halt.

Here I sit, patiently, expectantly waiting for the lane 2 to free up, accelerate and pass all the others.

Given the result of the EGM published in the RNS, we are go. Negotiations were done prior. Cash is in place. It's just signing and turning the handle at companies house.

The recent article by Charles Archer outlined two possible business models, each with pro and cons. Both make complete sense, with one needing significant investment resulting in significant improvement in revenues and profits.

Did anyone attend the EGM? Were these options discussed or voted on?

If not, missed opportunity imo. This could have distracted from a single plan understanding, hence the SP pressure. Thoughts?

One thing is for sure, if it doesn't happen in this market it likely never will.

Market restrictions will be structurally transformed over the coming year or so. The demand will overcome the current situations.

There is talk already of end users securing directly with miners, short cutting supply chain steps.

Demand, streamlining, consolidation and acquisitions will correct any imbalances in the current value stream.

No stopping it when it gets going.
