I agree, I’d also expect to see a further discovery made before long with the current exploration underway, you don’t drill for nothing, also very profitable company at current gold and copper prices, next quarterly update should raise a few eyebrows for the better

Good to a significant reduction despite the costs incurred with bringing Ugur into production, further enhances confidence in profitability of this company. If they can pay down $5m a quarter whilst developing assets can’t to see a good 3months with no development costs, debt should be clear H2 2018

No the plus side there are were no hidden surprises and the cost of development for ugur wasn't as much thought, next quarter as you say should be when we see a significant change in direction if all goes to plan, good to see AISC do down 20%

Im in here for the long term, been holding for 9 years and must say I'm quite excited of the future prospects. Everything being discussed is all very questionable and debatable but it's good to hear everyone else's opinion, good or bad, time will tell. I was here the last time they owed a significant amount of money and I remember then the same debate and the debt was paid off very quickly when gedebek first went into production. I can now see the same happening over the next 12 months. Even if they make one third of the profits I mention, if they start to pay a dividend of let's say 5p per share which is not impossible, this would give an amazing yield at current sp, so something in the future will have to change, either sp goes up to balance the yield to around 5-6%, or no dividend and further expansion. We can't take anything for granted but my guess is in the long term Mr Vaziri will want a return on his holding and dividends will ultimately be the best way, the other long term option would be if state run Azergold decide to make an offer to take full control, this would be a significant premium to today's price I'd expect. With regards to all the other points raised, they are all valid and we can only put our trust in the management and hope they continue to prove the doubters wrong. GLA

I expect the herd will arrive when AAZ start to pay dividends, although maybe some way off yet, it will happen eventually and you won't be able to buy them for 30p then that's for sure

Assuming they keep procuction cost below $700 they will make in excess of $50m, that's more than current mcap, if we're rerated to a PE of 3 we could see £1, be interesting to see the increase from 212oz per day when Ugur fully operational, this could really make it interesting...

At this rate that 77000 oz per year on ugur alone, that's without, gadir, gosha or heap leaching at gadebek, next year could see 100,000oz plus copper and silver, also maybe debt free. Amazing transformation this could be

smashed through 1300 today, AAZ should follow tomorrow, news on start of production from Ugur shortly and this will start to rerate to a decent valuation, I think it's only the start, at some point this will surpass £1

All sounds good to me, the copper production will pick up the slack until gold production is back to higher grades and then this will see much higher gold production equivalent, also they will be able to offset development costs of new open pit

I think we're going to be retesting the 30's soon if gold holds up

Everyone is waiting until the next quarterly update in the next week or two, hopefully all looks positive for the year ahead

I remember how quickly this went from 20p to 80p first time around a few years ago, looks almost identical. Look at the 10 year chart, says it all.

I'm quite happy here, for every share a could buy in another company I'd seriously have to consider if it's worth more than investing further in here at these levels.
