I really was hoping I wouldn't need to be casting votes again at a Cadence AGM but I'm now thinking it'll be likely I will - however this time if they've got the neck to ask for permissions to raise & disapply pre-emption rights once again it'll be a NO from me - Sonora's covered though I really don't want to be here for it to play out, Amapa's covered by it's own generative ability & the BoD have quite enough shares/options & haven't yet identified where the last raise money for the project that never was was spent....
