I seem to recall KM indicating that the DFS/PFS would be completed around 6 months after bank settlement .... there are a number of 'srudies' on the various elements of the project that need to be completed & will be fed into the overall numbers - Kiran's visit was to review some of these studies wasn't it?

As alluded to the other day the current topics/contents of legal rulings/announcements is IN MY OPINION a lot more reassuring as to the eventual outcome & progress ...... it'll be great to temper some of the history with Amapa progressing then it's just a question of to what degree the market values it for us & how much of that is reflected in our SP .... there's been enough calculations & guessing going on about that I'll wait & see when it happens as it could potentially disappoint us as much as it might surprise ..... & that in turn will dictate how long I hag around for.....

On a separate note I have been considering whether to buy back in to BCN so I can accept GFL's offer as I think that will benefit us more in determining an outcome for us re Sonora..... i.e. accepting a smaller return on any BCN investment I now make for the benefit of my greater KDNC holding as I have no faith in BCN now whatever the outcome of GFL's offer.

Not quite Mrs B - just a consolidation of DEV's shares on the 09th .... 99.9% of which will be transferred into the ownership of the new Co PBA when/if it's all sorted (notice the change & use of when/if..... from ..... if/when LoL)..... which hopefully will be simultaneous with our taking 20/27% of PBA......

Considering that the requirement for our taking 20% was the formalising/recognition of the signed bank agreement ... I'm thinking/hoping that all these licences/changes of ownership of contracts etc with interested parties is necessary activity in line with our increasing to 27% so just maybe it'll all happen in quick order when it really gets going & we'll get our 27% soon subject to satisfactory feasibility studies of course :-))

As usual though just my thoughts & opinions...

.....is it an 'issue' .... or just a case of these things can take time?? .... I don't think the JV's are complicated to be honest but I do think GFL won't want us 'sharing' 'interfering' or 'profiting' from them when they could have it all to themselves.... roll on those conversations :-))

.... there are those here who should know better than to engage with idiots (unless it's purely for sport & a wind up of course as I'm occasionally wont to do myself :-) )

but regardless the mention of Cadence/Indo/PBA as taking over control & management in court issued documents is no bad thing ... it appears to be happening & seems to be a WHEN now & no longer an IF .....as it has for some time in my opinion ..... but that as usual is only my opinion :-))

....agreed TC ... Unfortunately I think BCN PI's are clinging onto a lost cause there & the deal will go through (subject to the MX authorities) as they only need 8% to say yes .... loads have sold (including me) so who is buying all those shares .... & there are plenty who'll get a reasonable return at the offer price, cone the point in time the nominee account managers report acceptance levels, which won't be until near the cut off date, I don't think the acceptance levels will change much .... but to when they do report it'll jump hugely ..... Just my opinion obviously & to be fair I'm biased now anyway because I think under GFL the project progress, size (& value re our 30%) will dramatically change in a good way for us :-))

Everyone trying to second guess event timelines makes me laugh ...

The deals been 'approved' by the banks -NOT SIGNED that requires(ed) the drafting of the legal contracts & dissemination to the required signatories for signature (electronic or ink) & returned.

Once signed it needs to be submitted/recognized/accepted by the court.

After that (probably KM's 2 weeks) we'll release our escrowed monies & take our part ownership of PBA.

So how quickly can all that happen.... Kiran quite rightly wouldn't be drawn on timelines hence all the assumption/guessing/wishing/hoping & hence why I reckoned between 4 weeks & the end of the year ... after credit approvals were announced........ but that's exactly what it is a guess/assumption/wish/hope ... each to their own & just my opinions as usual....

MBW - I know I don't need to explain the difference/interest/impact a FTSE listed company has when compared to an AIM minnow that we currently are not do I need to explain the difference in the size & impact of a mine the size of Amapa (as good as it will hopefully be for KDNC PI's) when measured against a project that a FTSE listed company might get involved with that might indeed be newsworthy here.

Dumb comment eh... but you know it & that's not what I meant ... the recovery/rehabilition of a relatively small mine in another continent of the world is hardly of note/newsworthy in the UK Media ... if it was the press would be full of such news from all over world

How about because it's newsworthy & relevant to Brazilians whereas apart from a couple hundred KDNC shareholders it is of no interest or relevance to anyone else in the UK ..... I certainly wouldn't want media in the UK crapped out with reports of relatively small & insignificant company start ups/recoveries from across the globe that have no bearing on the UK ... there must be thousands of them ... what a moan for moans sake....

..... Don't have a direct interest here any longer but clearly the nominee account (PI) voting is not going to be known/announced until much closer to the cut-off date & will be split per individual PI's wishes..... one of the (many) unknowns is which way holders will vote (especially those who purchased sub 50p ish) & who is buying the shares that I & A.N.other(s) have sold to buy KDNC (as in my case) or elsewhere ....

Whichever way this falls some will be happy & some not ... personally I'm now just waiting on the result & if the TO is successful Ganfengs plans for the JV areas ...
