.... my comments on the SP, where it is as well as what I think it might do next are often in response to other posters and I do dummy sells & buys for my own interest but am happy to share, not sure you'll find many where I'm actually moaning about it but hey ho if you do.

I don't need to do a dummy sell at the moment though to know what I'd get though ... as always it is what it is at this point in time ..... guess, "I just don't get why people sell at these crazy low prices" "why the market doesn't get it" I'll just have to wait for my out until 'the market does get it' or the Insti's and those nasty MM's stop driving the SP down to flush out the weak eh PMSL.

Until that happens I'll still be here as I choose on any day for every month, year until it fulfills (my exit point) or flounders ....maybe that'll even be soon with some good news from Sonora &/or Amapa.

The right news will send the SP into orbit the wrong news will see us take a dive ... who knows .... be prepared for either.

Hmmm .... yes I almost forgot about the large Institutions we've got sniffing around .... I expect it's a large Pension fund using their members money just to drive little ol KDNC down so they can buy back cheaper PMSL

@degsie, it's less of a risk than many AIM co's isn't it, it's survived many years as REM/KDNC since taking out ZEST....... aside from a 700%+ increase in SCAP through dilution, a dodgy loan, a number of failed ventures & more than 1 questionable (IMO) board choices/activities/statements there is still a potential good upside due to Sonora &/or Amapa .... the rest are just direct holdings now & definitively valued.

Like you don't understand why people might hold or have some complaint or consternation at the current SP (personally I'm not bothered or interested by the current SP by the way which is why I can be so flippant about it) I also don't get the constant adulation & desire for unnecessary & inflated pom pom waving & cheerleading accompanied by the occasional dross who prefer to simply to dig,snipe, berate any poster who doesn't sing a song of sixpence for them.

The part of my earlier post you should focus on is:

The former is why I continue to hold several 100k the latter I am prepared for.

.....again I don't do predictions, or calculate what I think the future price will be .... I've seen only too often how wrong WHI have been here & even Kiran himself when trying to explain how we might get to the equivalent of £2.18 (an old award target) in the unpublished 2018 webinar where he suggested 'potential' $200M values for Yangi & Sonora whilst informing the world that BCN were going to raise at 25p when they were mid/high 30's & before they'd made any announcement themselves..... Oooh that went down well, really helped them a lot!!! Hmmm wonder why we sold out of BCN shortly after at such a significant loss .... many at under 20p.

Just as it's a free board to pander, congratulate & laud the BoD, their honesty, wholesomeness & for the current 'portfolio of fantastic assets' ..... it's also a free board to have a moan about the SP, lack of progress & uncertainty ...... or even just to say it how you see it without the rose or red tinted glasses.

Try to read & understand my post ...it should be fairly obvious ....

Never ceases to amuse me how some view our SP .... the SP is driven by news, assets & market sentiment that's all, the SP drives the PI narrative on these boards not the other way round

You've only got to look at our assets to understand why we're floundering, remove all the BS, spurious, guessed, hoped for valuations and you're left with where we are ..... valued on:

a) direct holdings all of which are significantly down from where they were.
b) potential value of Sonora - how can that be accurately assessed currently .... the $200M Kiran once suggested (but consider also the $200M potential value he gave for YANGI at the same time - now just over $7M shares!!), more if GFL are unrestrained or we sell, less if it's all taken away?
c) Amapa we haven't even engaged anyone to complete the DFS yet, a few hopeful recent vessel ops for 'stockpiles' all of which came up blank, might we draw in a partner, might we go to 49% (how!!) might we sell .... Ore prices bouncing around..... Even if we do stick & see it through we're at least 2 years away from digging anything up & shipping so plenty of time to benefit from that in a year or so.

Thinking anything posted on these boards effects the SP is just trying to lay off the blame for a cause which lies elsewhere ..... WHI fair value seen em, laughed at em .... all have come, not got close & gone..... like a broken clock hopefully at some point it'll be right.

...indeed, haven't they got an 'event' organized for the 01st Mar though ..... personally can't see much being announced by them between now & then .... hopefully we'll get suspended next Monday/Tues .... that'd be cause for some real excitement & hope... LoL

.... PMSL .... I'm a very happy bunny, comfortable, relaxed & enjoy passing some of the time on this board .... I do have a significant investment here though but am equally prepared for whatever the price is today or what it might be in the future so can be as ambivalent or flippant as I like :-)

So far today it's been a good day LoL

...and the valuation I gave is 100% accurate at this point in time .... I don't know how many times I've said I don't do speculative, guessed or hoped for predictions of what it might be at some point in the future

LoL .... no just 10+ years experience of the 'fair valuations' WHI have issued without any of them getting anywhere near close to fruition..... at any time.

Hoping as much as anyone they might be right this time or even woefully under, & sooner rather than later ... but in the same way as previous director SP price award targets have fallen pathetically short on delivery so have WHI valuations ....

I'd truly love to see someone take us out for the rewards I'm looking for.... or even just Sonora for the value Kiran himself indicated in the unpublished 2018 webinar .... not in the same way as the equitable Yangi 'valuation' he gave went (A$9M currently valued at A$7.3M) though huh.

Do you think MM's force anyone to sell shares at the prices indicated or is it traders &/or PI's really controlling the SP.

....at the moment between 13.5p & 14.5p .... what about you? ...if yours is higher maybe I'll sell some of mine to you so I can buy more cheaper eh

...& of course their previous estimates of 'fair value' have been so reliably accurate haven't they, fingers, toes, eyes & arms crossed as well that it's different this time eh :-))

So rather than hoping & harping on about news based on MX govt visits and press conferences prompting an RNS'able event I guess it's time to start hoping & harping about Tesla's upcoming announcements on Mar 1 or maybe even what must be 'imminent Amapa' news, after all we haven't announced who will do the DFS yet, don't forget that will take at least 9 months to complete so into 2024 before funding considerations .... Come on wind up that positivity treadmill chaps .... everything else has failed so far and we're still in reverse you must try harder, just a little longer though eh before we're all millionaires ..... this time next year rodders eh :-))
