EMH shares = ~ £4.34M (7%)
HAS shares = ~ £3.38M (2,452,650 x 2.53 AUD)
Evergreen = £1.81M (possibly more depending on milestones)
MIO/CHR/EM2/MRZ = ~ £1M (being generous & if we still hold)
CASH = probably not a lot from comments KM made regarding selling EMH to pay bills.

Leaves max about £5.5M - £6M ... sentiment & potential currently attributed by the market for both Amapa & Sonora combined ..... until news confirms or denies for better or worse....

....& that's not to say we couldn't get a good kick up the 'arris' as when & if the right news comes out of Sonora in the coming weeks/months/years as there's little to no value for Sonora in our current SP either .... as I said despite KM's reassurances there's also a lack of news regarding progress, plans, timelines etc ....

...I'm not sure the argument that 'the market isn't valuing Amapa correctly' stands up too well under scrutiny..... the PFS has indicated a value but right now it's so far into the future why would anyone buy today when they can reap rewards on other market plays for another 18 months to 2 years, without risking anything untoward occuring to the asset in the interim (despite KM's reassurances Sonora & the MX govt indicate how things might change before we get to exploitation).

Not saying it's not ever going to happen, god knows something needs to go right for us but the Amapa timeframe is too far out to impact our SP at the moment . ... 3-6months for the pre-DFS requirements as stated then find a DFS co then 9-12 months to complete a DFS that could easily take us up to Q4 2024 before financing reinstatement & getting the mine up & running (assuming the DFS supports it) means likely 2025 before production .... unless a JV partner steps in with cash in its pockets to shorten that considerably & if so at what cost to us...why invest now for an operation that's unlikely to start producing until 2025.... our current SP makes perfect sense to me as there's not many AIM companies around now that 'sentiment' & sometime in a possible future 'potential' are reflected in their SP.

.... and remember most people wouldn't see a negative here if it was shown to them in black & white ...... now is that a joke, fact or maybe both? LoL :-))

Eves MB & I hold my hands up MB ...I am indeed a pedant.... working in a legal & authority regulated environment understanding subtle differences of terminology & little things matter .... the latter is also what I tell the Mrs :-))

Whenever there is a one-way communication of classified material, an NDA is usually more suitable. A confidentiality agreement, on the other hand, is more suited during partnerships, such as when two or more parties are working on a project that requires exchanging sensitive information or the creation of some kind of intellectual property.

..... one correction would be that there was no mention of any NDA's ... the terminology Kiran used was 'confidentiality agreements' ... subtle differences perhaps but assuming the correct terminology was used in the presentation:

A: A confidentiality agreement binds all parties to keep secret information confidential, while an NDA upholds secrecy by creating a confidential relationship between the parties who sign it.

Shown as a sell but that's only as a consequence of it being transacted below the mid point of the SP & nothing underhand as others might have you believe.

...maybe ... not sure I've seen one over different trading platforms before but it's certainly a possibility I guess ....

LoL ... Kinda reminds me of when we were batting back & forth in dire circumstances on ORE what a pizzer that was eh!! .... Seemed to enjoy the calamity of it all as awful as it was back then, guess I'm getting older & not finding it so funny these days... although it did teach me it was OK to sell up occasionally if it looked like it was going down instead of just watching it fall in value (as I have elsewhere) .... also gives you the opportunity to buy back cheaper if proven right as I have here & if you do miss the bus, well who cares there'll be another along at some point .... take care. :-))

...then I would genuinely & sincerely suggest you take care of yourself, your family & those close to you rather than wasting time with the trials, tripe & time wasters on these boards ..... there are more important things in life than reading & responding to 95% of the garbage & harassment that's posted on these boards.

Seriously .... take care of yourself & those you know who have a face you recognise to go with a name,at least unless or until circumstances change for you ........ ..... afters Eric .... seems to me the Budgie has sung a song of sixpence but instead of being enamoured by it peeps have been more focussed on the amount of droppings piling up on the bottom of the cage .... what we need is some clean paper & some fresh trill ..... I don't want to book another loss here already, small though it would be at this point in time, so am hopeful of an upturn on the 'positive' newsflow the Budgie chirped about in its recent interview..... :-)

.....then I guess it comes down to what you consider cheap .... right now anything over 30p would be worth some consideration for me .... anything under & it'd be a no from me & I'll wait for better or worse.....
