So - 1m shares buys of £85k = 8.5% up today on a market cap of 28million, any idea why buyers in today, was it tipped somewhere, hope it continues.

2.5m £ investment will get a 10% stake at todays price.

May have sold 5.8m shares down to 2.99% or may have sold the complete holding of 4.7% 14.5m shares approx, anyway at least we know some of the reason for the slippage in price from 16 March till 6 June, hoping they may have sold the lot if it was a legacy holding, that way seller out the way.

Happy with a take over, at what price Is the big Q, at 10p = 30M, 20p = 60m, hopefully 75M at 25pence will be the number, only takes one bidder to get the game rolling, sure others interested in owning their own Lithium mine in the middle of Europe.

Worth a read of the previous RNS’s that went out on 8 Oct 2020 & 22 June 2021, they were very positive, thinking the only factor that has changed is the increase in price and demand of Lithium, hoping for a fresh RNS perhaps in Q3 about progress being made.
Though, thinking price is being held down here for a reason and perhaps we will see it being taken out by a larger miner or perhaps a corporate company wanting exposure and maybe as an insurance against future price and demand of Lithium.
Just my thoughts. Patience is a virtue…

I thought I spotted the 12.5p was a good entry level, so I went with that.

It’s that again now, interested more to hear your ideas how it picks up now, I like your sounds about when price takes into account about de - risking

I like them words, and see an upwards path ,

Just thinking out side the box, is a chance that German government will just take control of ZNWD.

Take No notice of the derampers, I spotted them as well, miners are down in general today, think RIO and BHP down 5% for whatever reason, so just a general downward trend in sector,.

Interesting article out this morning, mentions a few German companies including BMW BASF, VW are establishing a passport for EV batteries to follow the carbon footprint of batteries within the EU, so highlights of what's coming next. Onward and Upwards for ZNWD and other EU Lithium mining operations.

Interesting point you make about, who will drive it forward, Tesla or EU, just thinking outside the box, you mention market cap, Tesla are a 1 trillion company ,,, so potentially will take all

Just looking at the interim rns posted on 8Sept 21, a reference to 12 to 18 months for further test work, so potentially they could be mining Q4 22 or Q1 /2 of 2023 hopefully, so all depends on test work results, also price of Lithium may be a factor to start of mining, I also did read somewhere that getting the mine up and running is not a long schedule and potentially may only take a few months.

I see it as nice week , not many 12.5p sellers, though noting a 50k mark at 12.5 at opening,
