They are in a commercial stage of development, that’s what attracts me to invest at theses low levels. I’m sure many pharma companies out there with much higher market caps and NO products yet in flow and production.

We have seen a huge correction from 175p to 2p, it’s a punt . Plus side is they are now selling.

Any thoughts on the $20m credit facility by SWK last year, I had a read up on them, they are backed by hedge fund based in Dallas, Texas who own about 80%, trying to take full control over last few years.

SWK seem to have a portfolio of drug development companies in same growth sector, does anyone see any overlap here where may add value to STX.

Downside is wide spread of 15% at moment. So not for day trading.

Not sure, some kinda trade sale of each mine to their joint venture partners.

I’m thinking these JV partners will want full control of each mine, hence why they took 60% interest for their investment.

Also wondering if we BMV shareholders will ever get to know who the JV investors are.

I’m thinking they are now considering a split between assets.

Though not sure a new CEO makes sense as they mention - reducing the Board to lower their corporate overheads.

It will be interesting to see the new joint venture deal with Kochang, I wonder if it will be the same entity structure as Gubong, they have mentioned it’s the same investors involved.

Just wondering if an extension to the Gubong deal as would be economies of scale keeping both Korean mines under One entity.

We will see

I also did wonder why being made only Interim CEO.

I mentioned a few weeks back about +++ of a dual listing for BMV on Korea exchange.

Just an idea, it will be great to get the Korea Ants involved, they buy for investment so a good thing.

1.3 / 1.4 quote, nice gradual climb upwards.

Trades are dated yesterday, so agency X at the higher of bid/offer at that point of touch price - genuine trades, small spread on each trade of approx 30/50 quid so no risk to market maker or broker who has a dealing as principal permission.

So a seller and buyer, could be fund to fund, bed/isa, bed/sipp etc

Looking at financial report they hold 25.8% between them - plus they sometimes get shares in liu of salary - so doubt

The 4 x 5m are shown as dated 13th May 16.15 ish yesterday on trade data here, also I checked on London Stock Exchange BMV trades page.looks like reported late.

If I recall they have to do the X between the touch, which is best bid vs cheapest offer, so looks like X at the higher end though all looks genuine.
