Helpful should hang his head in shame.

Even if we got to a $1bn market cap some of those he advised to invest in Dec 13 would not get there money back. Do the maths as the board charlatan would say.

Nike you are missing the bigger picture re Helpfuls numbers being nonsense.

The website is not up to date

- Royalty now 7% and public ownership 15%.

It's not clear what the 10% rebate relates to at best 27.5% is 17.5% but most likely first 10% is exempt bringing effective rate to 24.75%.

Helpful is not the accountant on this board and it painfully shows.

He's wound his neck in on costs of $350 to $500 an ounce and made up a new figure of clearing $1,300 an ounce.

So cost say $1100. In that tax environment and based on all known gold cost benchmarks that is impossible. [ he will spout his A level nonsense of marginal cost = marginal revenue but its not relevant here]

No matter he continues to spout rubbish. $7.5m by the end of August is rubbish.

His illustrative numbers are absurd to the extreme and he needs calling out as many have done over the last five years when he has posted relentless tosh.

He's an insider on RRR. He posts lie after lie of absolutely fiction as fact.

He's never been right note how $350 to $500 per ounce costs, 1100 tonnes per hour throughput, production mid April last week or this are just discarded. Complete rubbish called out and moves on.

Note the clown show that is Stephen Paul Lundy is saying 82 days so end of August 24 and we will have $7.5m.

The SP is clearly not picking this up.

It's pathetic and pitiful and he should be called out for talking s*ht all of the time.

“EG lets assume post costs and taxes FASO nets $1,300 per oz.” So $1,200 costs I called him out for ridiculous numbers he said on a number of occasions $650 cost per ounce which he reduced to 350-$500. He’s more ball park and closer but still miles out. The effective rate of tax in FASO is 7% royalty at this gold price 1% community charge 27.5% corporation tax and now 15% public ownership so getting on for 50% squeezing a profit of $1,300 out of that is impossible. And can we excuse previous made up figures which i highlighted numerous times

“To match up DRC, RRR/FASO would need to produce 5,769 ozs; assuming no costs in DRC. There will be costs in DRC and the net will not be $7.5mil. At 2 g/t RRR/FASO will need to process 81,767 tonnes. At 1,000 tonnes a day on a ten hour day that is 100 tonnes an hour. To produce $7.5mil net would take 82 days.” He was talking about a ridiculous 1,300 tonnes an hour previously and was called out for it thankfully he’s now back at 100 tonnes.

“You can pro-rata it up or down. At half the rate, ie., 50 tonnes per hour then it is 164 days and so on. I have taken the costs, royalties, taxes and JV share into account”. NO YOU HAVE NOT . My guess is we don’t own 100% of FASO Greenstones anymore

The question for RRR shareholders is what is Greenstones ownership FASO government 15% RRR x % and Sam [ Riverstones] z %.

I suspect RRRs x percent will be decreasing the more Sam funds us

RRR owns 100% of Faso Minerals Ltd - registered in GB.

At 30th June 23 FML held 100% of FASO Greenstone Resources SARL.

Absolute key to shareholder investment decisions and how much Bibelle is worth to RRR is how much of Greenstones do we own ? Is it still 100% ?. If so brilliant if less Company really should update.

AIM it's either dilution or giving away a larger part of FASO we are torn between a rock and a hard place ! They will IMO chose giving away more of FASO as its outside the public domain.

I have allways wondered how they funded Q1 as cash on hand at 31st Dec was really low. I do wonder if instead of loans ( no charges at CH to evidence) we were leveredging our holding in FASO.

On the face of it RRR own the company applying for the licence and permit but others are funding the set up costs.

RRR does not have a brass farthing so our partners have us over a barrel.

Most likely investment is for an equity share if its that good.

The terms will be interesting so 42.5% RRR 42.5% Riverstone 15% FASO government.

RRR gave away quite a large percentage of ALR for a very small amount of funding [75% down to 47% according to our resident insider Helpful]

Key question for Investors is how much of the FASO company does RRR own.

We won't be told in my opinion but it's massively relevant as it's the net due to RRR in project updates that matter NOT the gross.

Company has an obligation in my opinion to make this clear in updates as it influences shareholder decisions.

No one beleive the hype any more. It has to produce and deliver.

News on 200 tonnes well overdue it was supposed to be exported after the Chinese New year late Feb early March.

Note the company is no longer referring to this and imo would love to wish it away.

Shareholders should not let them do that as it says a lot about RRR.

To be fair Helpful you said on a numerous occasions first production was mid April [ so tying it down you Helpful said week commencing 15th April or week commencing 22nd]

That was miles off.

You also said Tin Hill would produce 1-5m tonnes of Lithium. The 200 tonnes has been lost. As a 10% holder of ALR your information / advice is absolutely pants.

The Nomad has passed on including the FASO in a proper RNS. As such it must be considered an aspiration rather than anything of substance.

Let's see how it gets on but your track record is appaling and the company is not far behind.

Madit - I know your not the sharpest but for the SP to go up someone must be buying and see value.

No one is seeing value unfortunately.

Bell / Helpful and all his mates would be hooving up shares in the billions if thiscwas a bargain.

The way it works is loads of hype so the placees including Helpful and the board can sell into a rise created by the small PI herd.

It's been done so many times the herd is not interested. All the last interviews and RNS have garnered little buying interest.

If they had a proper NOMAD accredited RNS as opposed to the one sided marketing of a REACH communication that might change.

Couple of observations to note :

- This is reach RNS. So little more than a news letter and no price sensative information. The Nomad seems very careful on RRR.

- The SP has been in terminal decline for twenty years and fund raises happen frequently 160 of them to date. Over 100bn shares adjusting for a 25 to 1 share consolidation.

- Company has yet to deliver on any milestones / promises on Lithium and Copper.

- Faso really tough place to do business. Anti western sentiment growing and third headline on this mornings world service news. German and French media banned as well as British and American.

- Any rise is allways sold into by placees. They were in at 0.051p and investers wanting the exit.

- the poster Helpful participates in placings, holds CLNs and 10% of ALR the Lithium arm. He is not objective.

It may come good but lots of risks IMO

I think the licence and permit are two separate things.

State ownership seems to attached to the permit.

The inference from Helpful is we don't have a permit ( pivot small to big)

So unlucky on timing if so. Captured by the 15% rule.

My general point is FASO tough to do business.

Helpfuls view is ridiculously jaundiced.

He promised production last week or the week before. He lurches from being wrong once to making up another ridiculous prediction which is then wrong again with far too much frequency.

Helpful in Sept 23 you were telling us 1 -5 million tonnes from Tin Hill. It was revised down to 200 tonnes that is now missing in action.

The high to low variation is around 100% over 40 years . So with average luck shares would double from the 40 year low to a high.

Problem with RRR is any good news will be used as an excuse to issue new shares.

No use the market cap doubling if the share count also doubles. A huge problem for RRR for as long as this board has existed. One hundred and sixty plus fund raises by issuing shares in twenty years !
