They never did that and despite the SP falling 15 fold since he made that statement he issues shares to himself at a price of 0.015p !!

He's correct the companies lost 99% of its value in that time.

You either believe RRRs time will come or the mega bear view its not inconceivable that Lithium and DRC have been overhyped and not going to happen, assets sales have been on-going for years nothing over the line. POW and FASO are desperate last rolls of the dice.

Unless they have a material cash event soon the share count will be 8 billion.

I do wish SHs well and what I or others think won't change the outcome. Africa is a horrendous place to do business and FASO in no different.

As Zumore says Help arrived in 2015 just prior to a share consolidation. He has ramped it ever since.

When he arrived there were 246m shares ( now 4.04bn). Over twenty fold increase.

When he arrived the SP was 0.46p now 0.06p a reduction of eight fold.

That is why old timers like Robins are down 99%.

Help is a one share man Dukey asked you to look and it's performance since he joined this board and that's it I've done it for you.

What's even worse he has no contrition and continues to post. WHY because he is funding this company through CLNs and discounted placings.

The only dodgy dealings going on in RRR are from Help !

Dukey he's been posting overall since 2013. Zumore if he's reading will know how long Help has been plugging RRR or a good idea of the time.

7th April 14.20 Helpful says

"We are dealing at Senior Government level as we got Gendarmerie and Military support. The government wants us producing as fast as possible "

12th April

" We should be in production sometime next week assuming all the bits of paper can be dealt with in a timely fashion. Importation paperwork for the wash plant, VAT and import duties"

No wash plant flown in Despite the mention of within days [ weeks ago] .

Unfortunately Africa is hard to do business in and no amount of wishing this over the line by Helpful will change that [ to coin his phrase "him being an expert and all"]

11th April RNS added 509m shares [ raising 260k probably closer to 210k after brokers fees basing this on cash flow statement in the accounts)

Share count now 4.058bn

211m issued 12th Feb after AGM.

Article 4 was passed at AGM on a show of hands - 1.5bn new shares authorised.

By my calculation that's 780k of shares in the tank to issue in future so a 200k backstop. Total shares could reach 4.8bn before New authority.

Nominal value 0.01p so permissions can continue to be granted whilst the SP is above that.

Need DRC cash or FASO to come good to avoid further dilution.

H50 you have been saying buyers have little to lose at these prices for quiet a while now !!!

It may come good but also not impossible we have 10bn shares and a price of 0.02 in a year .

You have been here a long tong time and will remember Bell was forced to do a 25 to 1 consolidation as the SP fell below the share nominal value precluding him raising cash.

He set the current nominal value at 0.01p to avoid lightning striking twice. Its getting closer but the current nominal definitely support a share count of 10 billion. So the ducks are in place for buyers to lose.

That could all change with DRC an asset sale or FASO but none of those three are what I would call nailed on.

News - too many separate individuals who were shareholders in RRR feel materially misled by the company and have lost money.

You have not been here long enough but let's take one recent example Lithium.

1 - Huge hype around Tin Hill and top grades last summer

2 - Help [ a 10% holder in ALR] bigging it up $100m plus. 1 -5m tonnes of production ( similer to his FASO hyperbole)

3 - Spike on tweets about taskforce going to Dubai to meet 5 Chinese buyers and sign a big contract.

4 - Model changed to export a modest sum of 200 tonnes. A fake photo of this was uploaded by the company. Bell had to come on and apologise Dirk the designated driver got car sick and an unauthorised person loaded the photo.

- From that they had to come clean it was not Lithium from our mine but we brought it from others.

- Bell said judge us by our exports

- Cleverly worded RNS on first exports !! First truck has crossed the border [ at the time I asked about trucks 2-7 and if it had crossed back ] I thought the wording odd.

- Bell told stockbox the 200 tonnes were in Harare. Help said he was being imprecise. Make what you want.

- As I type Lithium is missing somewhere. Supposedly going to China after the new year late Feb early March.

You may have never seen so many negative posts but have you every heard the like of that chronological history ? There are countless others and why this share attract so many naysayers.

AIM as part of the year end 2022 accounts ( issued over 18 months ago). Mr Bell said if DRC and Elephant were not forthcoming he and Directors had agreed a number of options including a salary cut. For the 2023 accounts he dropped that commitment.

A cynic might suggest DRC and Elephant were further away in Dec 23 than Dec 22 when both reports were written.

Soon after the Dec 22 accounts in Jan 23 first equity issued there infamous "buy reccomendation 2.8p target.

Help was all over it encouraging people to buy but the naysayers were saying really !! This is RRR too many share issues too much failure. The then price in Jan 23 was about 0.8p. We all know where it is now. Fifteen fold drop.

Even if there is one investor who reads my and others posts and thought twice Jan 23 to date we have done a good thing.

Anyone listening to Help has lost a lot of money.

To be honest HS0 is the only poster who issues threats on here but he's backed off after I summarised his postings and called him out.

I don't know as much about RRR as Help but my track record [ and many others ] on calling this share right is as you say spot on.

News what zumore says is fact. You should check it out its easy. TWENTY FIVE to one consolidation.

Robins has been here forever and FACT is 99% down as the SP has dropped one hundred fold.

Yes as talkinto says there might be an opportunity at these low prices but Help is doing you no favours he's screwing anyone he can over.
