250k cash burn a month. Lundy questioned me no cash [ impairments] and capitalised development costs. So let's adjust Stephen ?

So loss in year to 30th June 24 - £3.012m

Less impairments and project costs 0.977m

Admin and Finance charges = £2.035m.

Add POW share of Ballarat running costs 200k.

Add finance charges relating to arrangement fees on four new loans listed on Page 53 of the accounts = 372k.

Add interest on four loans loans 20% per annum on £1m 0.5% a day on 300k = 590k.

Total cash burn [ ignoring POW acquisition] = £3.197m a year.

That's 268k a month comfortably over the 250k I quoted [ as adjusted for non cash and project costs].

I don't lie Lundy You just don't like the truth and the dire position of RRR.

At least my posts have some relevance and substance to them unlike your really boring Neighbours and commodity links.

To add to the dilution the RNS indicates the 562k of CLNs could convert at 0.075p

So that's 750m shares.

Obviously not great for CLN holders at current SP, but might be better than taking a haircut on debt settlement.

Luckily helpful is an expert on CLNs and i like many would welcome his view.

Does he wait to get paid or force conversion.

We have had some fun since "loose lips" revealed all his various interests.

My main worry would be the current SP.

The logic is markets are rational.

I think most would say we are 75% likely to get an offer.

I think most would say 25p is the floor if it all falls through.

£1 most would consider a low ball offer but at a £1 a logical market would have the SP at

- 75% chance 60p gain [ £1- 40p] = 45p

- 25% chance 15p loss = 3.75p.

Expected SP would be just over 80p.

I'm really surprised it's not shot into the 50ps.

I'm an invester and am hopeful but the market does nor seem to attribute much of a premium to the chances of an offer and its value.

Helpful only gets 12% per annum on his increasing risky CLN. Nearly three years now no rise.

New kids on the block come in and get 0.5% per day and a 25% arrangement fee.

1 - I never said the CLNs were at 0.5% per day but some other debts are. Making it harder to pay your CLN.

2 - I provided the working for the £10-12m and invited comment. You did not comment.

This has been the case for years.

I have clearly hit a sore spot and a degree of frustration as you realise I might after all be right.

Only six days till half year accounts which will evidence some of it [ as its not audited as little as possible will be disclosured].

The sore spot is my suggestion that the debtors are in as big a hole as the SHs if DRC arbitration is not received.

What absolute nonsense. Its a fundamental part of due diligence. A good investment advisor and invester has a handle and understanding on all aspects of the company balance sheet not just part of it.

Helpful you know only too well as the audited accounts say they have OTHER loans at 25% arrangement fee plus 0.5% interest a day.

The fact they have not raised cash since October and have £10-12m of debt [ including some on OTHER loans at 0.5% a day interest] mean they are highly unlikely to be able to pay the 500k principle on YOUR CLN let alone the 12% per annum interest.

I have never mentioned the interest rate on CLNs.

They represent about 5% of total debt.

So back to where we started. We both agree and allways have the rate on the CLNs is 12% per annum. Given both the fact RRR have no cash and the interest rate on OTHER loans is userous I'm sure you would agree your CLNs will not be paid soon ?

I on the other hand have the luxury of selling my shareholding.

Do you want me to post the link to the OTHER loans at 0.5% interest per day and arrangement fee in the accounts ? Seriously not a good look. Let's hope they don't rank ahead of your CLN.

RRR need to spend £250k a month to keep the lights on. Wages, RRAL has four staff we meet 100% of costs of now, finance charges, care and maintainance, Greenland remediation !!, licence minimum spend, listing costs , auditors etc etc.

This is evidenced by previous accounts.

Debt is £10- 12m likely fact evidenced from accounts.

Bell last raised cash in Oct 24.

Someone is bankrolling him ? Why ? And at what costs to SHs ?

I actually think Bell could have screwed his lenders to and they are like us stuck and desperate for the arbitration award.

All arbitration proceeds if it ever happens will go to lenders IMO.

Where does that leave RRR ?

Penniless ? Share price at 0.03p ( close to nominal value of 0.01p), nearly 7bn of shares in issue. Up a Creek without a paddle.

Classic Bell played the lenders and holders.

RRR does not feel in a good place.

The alternative is the future is so bright lenders are prepared to fund it at no cost ? Oh silly me except for a 25% arrangement fee and 0.5% interest a day.
