Note 13 to the audited accouts will tell you what has been impaired

Exploration and Mineral assets in relation to Tin Hill only. Impairments only relate to capitalised assets. It says that in the accouting policy.

Assets held for resale would crystallise a loss.

You really are on dangerous territory and completely out of your depth suggesting an Impairment happened to 200 tonnes of Lithium held for resale.

The only one with rudimentary accouting knowledge is SPL. But you would say anything to cover for this company.

SPL -The hole you are digging is fantastic.

A key rule of accounting is no netting off. They have impaired ALR development costs at Tin Hill. That is money spent trying to bring Tin Hill into production We can all see that.

The 200 tonnes is nothing to do with Tin Hill or Lithium production.

The company has said it was brought separately on the open market and MINED by OTHERS. As such it is not a development cost re Tin Hill but an asset held for resale. You are seriously suggesting that asset held for resale was impaired and is worthless when an open market for trading exists and its in its finished form. Oh dear oh dear !!

Trying to conflate the impairment of project development at Tin Hill with the aquistion on the open market of an asset held for resale is pretty low even by your standards. Which are very low.

The only connection they have is the word Lithium.

ALRs accounts due on 30th April let's see what they add to the debate. [ most likely they won't be published like NBGC [ so we cant see liabilities we acquired from POW ] or even Bespoke :)

Unfortunately the 200 tonnes evidentialy does not appear to exist.

That extract being the 31st December 2023 six months accounts and Bell announcing his intention to stockpile.

Only problem is if its stockpiled or sold it would be shown as a numerical entry to the accounts. Stock assets or held for resale ?

Only problem is its not in the interims to 31st December 2023.

It's also not in the final audited accounts to 30th June 23.

It won't be in the interims issued tommorrow.

It makes no business sense to stockpile Lithium and borrow at o.5%. You will know all about stock holding theory from your O level economics ?

Its also extremely odd that it's not recorded as an asset it substance of the accounts.

Many on both those points have doubts the Lithium exists.

You are doing little to reassure us with that information and your suggestion that storage costs are nil. Your nose is getting bigger and bigger Mr L !!

Monday 31st March - Last day to file half year report under the listing regulations. But a man of your ability knows that. Don't act all thick , status matters to our wannabe investment advisor and not a good look.

Remember after all the hype, we did not even mine the 200 tonnes we brought it at great expense in a raw form to test the export market !!

I can't see it as either :

- Lithium sales

- Stock held for resale

- Other assets held for sale.

Nothing to stop you answering the question as it's you allege it's in the public domain -[ published accounts ]

You are correct the storage costs are nil as the 200 tonnes never existed. I look foward to an immediate sale to be proved wrong.

Where in the accounts Helpful ? Stock ? Assets held for resale ? Answer is nothing there at all. I seriously doubt it ever existed. The photos proved that.

It should be in ALR the subsidiary accounts due 30th April 2025. But then again the type of companies RRR are involved with [ NBGC] and you personally [ Bespoke] don't abide by rules and file accounts on time.! Over and out.

No one on here every mentions it but Lundy has it in his head ALR was a stroke of genius [ you could not make it up ] by mothballing with falling prices. He thinks Prem is too capital intensive and risky.

He was celebrating the collapse of Prems price to below RRR. Then making up posters on here were positive on Prem.

Guess what Prem on the surge higher than RRR. Just to note as with everything else Lundy is wrong again.
