The Auditors devote three entire pages in the accounts Page 21-24 on an emphasis of matter.

I know you have the blinkers on very tightly but they are drawing shareholders attention to the fact the going concern valuation is hugely dependent on Kenya with numerous factors indicating it might be worth nothing.

It's been for sale for ten years - zero offers. We all know Bell would take a £1m now to keep the lights on but it's unsellable.

Most of the superlatives you are touting Royalties future gold prospects legal cases etc don't appear on balance sheets.

The reason is the likelihood of them coming good is so remote it does not meet the requirements of disclosure [ of a contingent asset] let alone recording as an asset.

The only asset of value on RRRs balance sheet is Kenya. Its valued at £12m.

Facts.

- The licence has not been renewed since Aug 23.

- It's been for sale like all RRR assets - no offers even at fire sale prices.

- RRRs accounting policy on exploration assets is known as an ongoing use basis. In short its held at cost unless the Directors suggest otherwise ! Would a Turkey vote for Xmas.

- The Auditors had an emphasis of matter in their report highlighting the real risks associated with the accounting policy on the Kenya asset and the fact on a going concern basis the value would be hugely lower.

I would guess Kenya is worth nothing particularly with a licence renewal three years in the making.

The balance sheet is distressed we had all these debates two years ago. We were right you were wrong.

Now the Auditors agree with us.
