RRR is comedy gold, SPL morally repugnant, and I can't see how anyone with a modicum of investment knowledge sees thus as an attractive or lucrative investment.

The longer this goes on the more likely I am to be right and you wrong.

In 2022 amid great fanfare Bell set up Tripiler Royalties limited to accommodatea income from Lithium / Gold and the diverse RRR portfolio.

Tripiler operated as a dormant company and was compulsory would up recently.

What does that tell you Dicko ? What do they know we don't?

The only reason this is alive IMO is because lenders are debating the next act but hey as an insider and lender you know all this.

30th April RNS issued 158m shares at .0235p for interest on 233k of CLN debt. The annual interest on debt is circa 12%. We can work that out from the detail in the RNS. The interest rate is low - new lenders get up to 0.5% a DAY due to risk.

The CLN holders are trapped and have taken a haircut with a placing at 0.0235p a premium, just to get something. Their interest paid !!

PH holding before this issue was 1.170bn. The holding goes up to 1. 339bn immediately after the share issue. To then start coming all the way down again.

The PH movement post share issue is incredibly close to the share issue increase on 30th April. And the timing too coincidental.

Pretty obvious

1 - PH acting on behalf of and selling CLN holders shares to pay them some cash.

2 - RRR is incapable of paying interest [ it's just being accrued] . When interest is demanded they have to resort to share issues and spookily can still screw the debt holder by demanding a premium on market SP

We all know Helpful and his mates are CLN holders. As he has told us.

As Dukey says Bell has turned Helpful over.

-His CLN likely to never be repaid.

- Those wanted interest paid suffer a huge haircut.

Three times higher the same period in 2025, yes lower margins but converting work in progress to cash and reducing debt. I think the next TU will suprise to the upside !!
