You are right RRR received $6m of the $14m. The conditions of the other two payments have not been met.

Bell has said everything is up for sale. He would bite anyone's hands off for £2m for the rights to tranche 2 an3 and the remaing 0.75% share of RRR core holding.

The fact he's had no offers and seems to have never mentioned it suggests to me

- it's worthless.

- it's pledged to debtors.

- it went long ago.

The examples are endless and could fill a book.

In October and November 2024 they had two RNSs saying production by the end of 2024 in FASO and COTE.

If IDA had any value Bell would have flogged it over the last 14 years.

He would have valued it and included it on the balance sheet.

He would have mentioned it frequently in his broadcasts and RNSs

The fact he has done none of these and the current SP tells you all you need to know.

- Funding easier said than done in this environment.

- Helpful has a terrible reputation of being involved with duds.

- 20% of shares got brought at 16p. We know from loose lips Helpful he got 35ks worth at 1.6p. If all the founders have done the same that's 80% of the shares at an eye watering discount. They are the winners all day long. It seems a mountain to climb to get ordinary shareholders back on a level playing field.

Well researched and short version Mt Ida has significant value via royalty.

He for the first time ever [ Helpful never] recognises large RRR debt and mentions securitisation.

He has been corresponding with Bell and WWIA.

Avid RRR watchers will be highly suspicious Bell has never once raised the Royalty in years despite it being the company saviour. Why might that be ?. I can't believe it's gone unnoticed by the lenders and I suspect has been pledged if it has value.

The sheep will say nothing on CH so that's not true. The wise and those badly burnt over the years will say where there is a will there is a way.

Sadly I can't see IDA making any difference to RRRs current position.
