JV 1 is now eight months late. The $21.5m was due in days. The mine visit with consultant was six months ago. Clutching at straws seems apt.

JV2 - imminent for four years and five months. It would be an amazing stroke of luck if Bell got this over the line before RRR went bust.

Remember the supportive lenders who are major SHs want £6m of lians paying. They have shown how ruthless they are at the AGM freezing out one of the lenders.

Highly likely they will use any arbitration proceeds as cover for loans and that's a really big if.

In my view your investment here is perilous to say the least.
